Express IT — not delivered goods

i got a information from express IT that i received a courier from icici bank.airway bill no:[protected], the customer care number what they given in message[protected] is not working from last few days onwards .

please deliver my goods to me as soon as possible.

I also faced a similar problem. I tracked the consignment status online and one day it changed to exception with the status message "Exception - Wrong Pincode Provided By Shpr, C'Ment R'Ted To Correct Branch .". I then dialed up the mumbai customer service and verified the address and pin number and found out to be correct. Then i asked about the exception and message. He told he was clueless and you have to call the local customer care in kerala. I tried calling them up and that went unanswered. Now the status is delivered and when checked with Mumbai Express-IT, the courier is delivered in Cochin, 350 KMs far from the correct location. The courier send is a password, how can they deliver such sensitive consignment to a wrong address. This is happening for the 4th time. ICICI and their partners sucks BIG TIME!!

Expressit courier service — Non Delivery of courier at Trichur,Kerala

A courier of ICICI bank was supposed to be delivered on 23rd sep 08 at my address. A week prior to this another courier was delivered carrying my card without any hassle by another courier boy of the same courier service.The envelope carried my hos-ital address also.Since i was operating on 23rd asked the courier to deliver it to the hospital. He insisted on delivering the same to my residential address which is agreeable. After reaching home he behaved in a condescending manner with my mother who was home and inspite of showing the id proof(Passport) refused to deliver. Later in the evening when i called the service the manager failed to answer the call and another employee answered the call in a very idiotic manner and told to do whatever i could and refused to deliver.It is pathetic that a company like ICICI employes such unprofessonal service. If no action is taken against such incorrigable service i am sure that both will be at loss.

i had applied for PAN card, while traking it through online its showing dilivered to secretry, on nov 15 but as of now today 27 november i am still waiting for my PAN Card.even i could not found the address of express IT courier company near noida.

Expressit courier service — non delivery at specified address

ref AWB[protected] item not delivered on 7th & 8th Jan at specified addresss at Lucknow. I am out of station, the courier behaved improperly with responsible senior lady at house. contacting manager did not help.

Disgusting service..The Courier boy visits the Address point only once.THey never turn up again.And while trying to call them they never pick our call.Rather they issue our Documents to some wrong addresse...There by our documents or Credit cards will be misutilized by some other people.While leads to some other problems like the Credit Card statement will be issued to us and rather the card will be used by some bosy.So please try to aviod the Expressit Courier service or dont ever apply for any Credit Card.This will be the safest thing...

hi my name is nagaram chintala babu i mail so many mails to pan office but action was not responding .i appleid pan card through nsdl services (tirupathi). my acknwoledge no: [protected].my pan card was dispatched through express it coureiers.thirupathi. that coureier people was not responding my coureier no:[protected]. date is[protected].express it coureier thirupathi was carelessly sended to mumbai. i request to pan office please stop the pan cards through express it coureier thirupathi.
