[Resolved] Express It Courier — WRONG DELIVERY OF CHEQUE | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I faced a problem with this EXPERSS IT Courier. I had to receive a cheque (returned) from Citi bank. As i did not receive the same at the promised time from Citi bank, i called up bank and noted the AWB no ( [protected]) OF EXPRESS IT COURIERS. After i checked the Express it website and found that it was delivered. I enquired all the flats in my apartment (12 Flats) and there was no person available as mentioned in the website. I spoke to Citi bank and referred this matter, they raised a complaint on this courier. On 29.10.2010 i got a call from a person from Express IT courier, Perambur Office, and he promised me to deliver the cheque on 01.11.2010 after investigation. After that i did not get any response and he did not attend my calls. I felt tired in calling him to the number he gave me. I even tried his Perambur office number but none of the calls are being attened. The courier was said to be delivered on 09.10.2010, and now the date is 08.11.2010 and i did not get the cheque in my hand. I keep calling Express it couriers but no response. ExpressIT is the biggest fraud courier company i have came across. Even i faced a same story as you people. I have got a PAN card thru the courier and when i tracked the order, i have a message it is delivered and the customer support claims that the courier is delivered and some one has signed, but no name/number of the person is available with them. Web site holds information that the courier is delivered on Jan10th, today is Jan 18th and still I am waiting for the courier to reach me. I don't know whether i have to luck to get my PAN card or not.
