[Resolved] Express It Courier — Undelivered Bank card and cheque book

Kotak Mahindra bank has sent me courier through Express IT but it has'nt delivered, more over the courier service office phone is not reachable, I suspect some foul play, please help my AWB no. is [protected],

Hi, this is Sumit Mathur ( Mobile : [protected]). I was supposed to receive my Cheque Book ( HDFC Bank Ltd) at my Off address in Delhi. Your Website is showing the delivery date as Aug 27, 2010 at 12:30PM. The Ref no is : HBN[protected] & the Airway Bill No is : [protected].

I have checked with the Guards at my Office again & again, but, as per them, there is no such receipt entry in their Registers.

Pl Confirm the Name of the Staff who took the doc from your Courier boy on an urgent basis.

Hi this is k.panmei.I was supposed to recieve my bank card(standard charter)Airways Bill:[protected] but it was not delivered to me.I call up the no.[protected] but the person who pick up was so arrogant.He talk many .If he is not able to handle responsility why do they gave his no. for future correspondence.He even said it was a wrong no.My no. is [protected]
