Dear Sir, I booked gas for home delivery on13.03.08 but till today 14.04.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 723051.

HP Gas Hapur — Cylender

It is my request plesase do something i live in Hapur Distt. Ghaziabad And My Costemer No. 613816 House No. 1052 New Shri Nagar I got booking no. on date 23.3.2008 booking no. 12732 but i did not get a Cylender till now .
HP Gas service in hapur is very bed .

I'm Mr Bharat Waghela, bearing cunsumer no. 607479 and my gas is registered on my brothers name Mr. V. D. Waghela, as he was living hear at Kurla when the gas service is registered.
My complaint regarding two problems I faced, one is shortage of gas cylinders and second is misbehavior of Laxmi Gas Services staff at Kurla (E).
1) From last many months I'm facing shortage of gas cylinder at Laxmi Gas at Kurla branch. I dont know that this problem is from HP Gas or Laxmi Gas, because Laxmi Gas staff is always showing one reason, "pichle tin-char din se delivery gadi nahi aayi" and again after three-four days same thing they are telling. I'm requesting you to check status of every delivery from HP Gas to Laxmi Gas.
2) I'm having two gas cylinders at my home, One was finished before 1st of Apr 08 and I make request for refilling after three-four days at Laxmi Gas, Kurla(E), Laxmi Gas staff told us to produce all the origional documents concerned to my Registration. I produced all the origional documents on 7th Apr 08 to Laxmi Gas male staff but without marking entry for "Cleared and Confirmed Account" in computer the staff he was started gissiping with his colligue. I told him to make entry in computer, but he started missbehaving with me and rudely said, "mane documents check kar liye hai na entry bhi badme kar dunga tum jao". I thought he will make entry in computer. But till seven day I waited for refilled gas cylinder but refilled cylinder is not delivered to me and today 15th Apr 08 when I called at laxi Gas Services, Kurla (E) to confirn, exactly when they are sending refilled cylinder to my residance, they are telling that your delivery is stopped because you have not yed produced your origional documents to us and you get delivery after you produce your origional documents at Laxmi Gas Services, Kurla(E). When I speak little with staff, he told me "jaa document nahi dikhayega tab tak cylinder nahi bhejunga". After I speak to Laxmi Gas staff, I sent my two sisters to Laxmi Gas in afternoon with origional documents, this time staff was not even ready to listen any thing and was just doing gossiping with eachother and on mood of resting and rudely spoke with my sisters and gave same reason "teen-char din se delivery gadi nahi ayi, kal parso me ayegi to pehle se bhi bahot complaint hai, unko bhijvake fir apke ghar cylinder bhijvate hai." When my systers was there other two ladies was also there to inquire for refilled gas cylinder status, without attending complaints staff was busy in timepass keeping customers waiting.
This is my request that please kindly look in to the matter and inquire for this branch "LAXMI GAS SERVICES, KURLA(E)".
If it is possible then please take some strict action against this Laxmi Gas Services, Kurla (E) and its staff.
And please suggest me what we can do when we are facing this kind of problems again.

sir i have booked my gas cyclinder some 3 months in (sanskardani gas agency jabalpur.) back till date not got the delivery, i have complaint to look agent also my rakesh maheshwari, he has not done sufficient to solve my problem.

mane apne gas 7-3-2008 ko book karai thi laken muje aje tak gas prapt nahi hoi hai mai pragati office gaya tha mai mr aggarwal se mela uno ne mujse kaha tumahara address galat hai apna gas ke paper lekar aao mai apke office gaya uno na mujse kaha gas ki kamlant note kara do mane kha sir booking karane ana parta hai pher note karne ana parta mara concation[protected] ko muje mila tha lakin ajj tak beena complent ka gas gahar nahi pochi. mr aggarwal bhut abuse word use kare mai pher complent lekaka aa gaya. pragati flame ka onar kabhi apne office mai nahi milta hai kabhi office mai pocho tho he told me he went to delhi. he did not told me any proper answer.

I have booked for refill on 15/3/08, after 10 days when i called the dealer, he said you have noT booked, so i booked once again on 26th through call centre, again after 10 days when i called they are telling you wait, wait, so how long i have to wait, my both cyclinders are empty, tHIS PROBLEM I AM FACEING PAST 2 YEARS,
To your kind information, they are givin the refill who is paying Rs500per cylinder(non-booking persons)
This is very unfair, please solve this matter at the earliest.

HP Gas — non delivery of gas after booking for 50 days

sir, i am facing a lots of problem by taking a double gas connection from u. this is the sixth time i am gasless as ur distributor has not delivered the gas after 24 days. earlier i have made the sqame complain that ur booking procedure is totally wrong. ur distributors are too hash to their customers. but u have ignored the problems faced by customers.
Hereby I would like to bring your kind notification about misbehaviour of Gas Dealer at Surathkal-Mangalore (Dealership Code 960800). I am a central Govt employee & recently got transfered to surathkal-Mangalore. When I approached to the HP gas Dealer (Mr. tantry), he is not at all co-operating in my transfer of cylinders. He speaks very rashly with all customers. Even when i asked him to give in writing, he refused it & he is not scared about any higher officials. Hence i am requesting you to look into this matter seriously & sanction the dealership to some other people.

You need not take action on my complaint, just once you visit the dealer as a customer & then verify & take the action. I hope that you will do the needful immediatelly in this matter.

As per Govt rule, per cylinder dealer shud charge from Rs 297 to Rs 310 but our dealer chargese rs 450 per cylinder.All family belongs to middile class family at Balitutha, kujanga, dist:jagatsinghpur, orissa, 754141.we have discuss so many times with local dealer but they are not agree.
Can you please check and take some necessary action against these dealers.

Yes I agree with the above comments and complaints.. HP gas distributors are doing a rubbish business. I also Knew a HP gas distributor in akola district maharashtra who is not even providing homedelivery. and also doing black marketing and black mailing e.g. selling tea with the booking of HP gas cylinder which is cumpulsary to buy otherwise no cylinder will be provided.. saying that this is the scheme of HP gas agency.If ia am assured I will get the problem solved i will provide further details.

HP Gas — Non Delivery of gas cylinder

Dear Sir

I am pocessing 2 gas cylinders on my name under the distributorship of M/S Paul HP Gas.Co. ( 25, R.B.C. Road, Kolkata-700028, West Bengal, India). My first cylinder was emptied on 31st March 2008. Accordingly I had booked for a cylinder on 1st April 1008 under Order no. 418. But regret to inform you that my 2nd cylinder is also emptied out and till date(28th April 2008) I have not received the cylinder ordered against my first cylinder.

I wanted to book for my 2nd cylinder and your distributor has refused to accept my booking stating booking for cylinder will be accepted only 10 days after delivery of previous booking. Yhis is a ongoing problem of ever month for last 1 year.Despite having 2 cylinders my family is suffering and now we are cooking by kerosene stove.

Please look into the matter urgently and take necessary action as you may deem fit.

Really have very bad experiance with HP Gas - Aundh Agency, NCl, Pune. Its more than 20 days still they did not deliver cylinder. Every day we have to follow them still they say we didn't take your call & keep on extending days. Its been very pathetic to follow them. Its been very poor management by old staffs working there. All old age staff need to remove, they don't give proper service. Also not good at speaking. Speaking is the problem for almost all HP agency but good at other services. Hp Gas - Aundh agency, NCL is poor in all department. I am thinking of to move other distributor but they are the only distributor for the specific area. I have no option other than taking new connection from Bharat Gas & others.
I booked gas for home delivery on 05.05.08 but till today 10.05.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he say that it will take two days . I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service . My Gas Agency Distributor code is 966170

HP Gas — bad customer service

This is very bad 2 say taht hp has a very bad service bec it happend twice with me . 1st time i booked my gas cylnder n i got d delivery after 15days and next time when i booked d cylnder on 30 april tehy said tehy will deliver me within 2to4 days but till today i havent got d cylnder delivery.

bec of that i m facing broblem. unneccesserly i have to light up d stow. so wat is d use of gas connection if i have to lightup d stow.
