ICICI Bank — fees charged for my disabled dmat account

I have a DMAT ccount with ICICI . How ever they have disabled my account form 2007 October. But they are charging annual fee for this dsabled account from me.

Reward points transfered to Imint program
How you transfer my rewards points to imint, i have not received any imint card yet but XREWARDS points is transfer to imint, ICICI Bank credit card had now transfered all it's card holders earned reward points to imint program. Atlist ICICI bank have to do some arangement first then transfer to imint card
This is clear loot from the customer.

I am applied for a credit card last one year back. I have submitted documents for 5 times
The salary slips, Bank Statement, & Address proof& etc. My Account also is there in ICICIBANK itself, for any clarification you can verify that. But still ICICI bank telephone consumer telling the same thing your credit card has not been approved. Please could you let me know the problem & do the needful.

ICICI Bank — Non Refund of ATM Transaction of Rs. 8067 for which amount was not dispensed by ATM machine.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring your kind attention to bad customer service provided to Me by ICICI Bank.
I work with ICFAI National College, Chandrapur a city near Nagpurt in Maharashtra and I was provided with Salary A/c. from ICICI bank from Nagpur branch. Unfortunately at that time in my city chandrapur there was no ATM to withdraw money so I had to rely on non ICICI Bank ATM. On 6th January 2007 I went to withdraw money from SBI Banks ATM located at kasturba road, chandrapur. The time was at about 7.00 pm. So I have inserted my ICICI Bank Debit Card & its pin number and dialed the amout Rs. 3000/- there was some processing happening it was long time nothing happened neither cash came out nor the decline slip after some time card came out of the machine there was no indication on the screen of ATM also. I stayed there for few minutes just to check whether any instruction is coming from machine however there was no activity. So I left from that ATM and After some time I received one SMS on my cell that the amount of Rs.8067/- have been debited from my account. I was shocked to see because amount dialed by me was only Rs. 3000/- and I never received any Cash then where these Rs. 8000/- got debited from.

With this regards I have lodged a complaint with ICICI Bank's phone banking center and I was told to wait for 8-9 working days simultaneously I have given written complaint in SBI Bank Candrapur branch also. There was no call back from your banks side to intimate me about the case I have called after 9 days in your phone banking center referring to this complaint and I was told that "the amount has been debited from SBI bank also in this case we have asked for the proof from ICICI bank so mam you need to wait for 45 days which is the RBI guideline" It was difficult for me to wait as It is my salary account and it was almost 1 month I haven't got the money to suffice my family needs but still I thought I should co-operate and wait till 45 days time because

I have called after 45 days in ICICI Bank's phone banking center I was kept on hold for almost half an hour but there was no feedback and they have not shown any courtesy to call back customer who is seeking support and help from his bank.

Its been almost 10 months but I have not received my money back. I request you to please look into this matter, I am writing this in expectation that this matter will be given a priority and above that I will get my salary which is hardly earned.

ICICI Bank — NON RECEIVING MONEY FROM FROM SBI ATM

ICICI Credit Card 5176535030688008 — Payment Charged from me but not done to Reliance Infocom

I had paid the bill of Reliance Infocom on 28/06/2007 by this credit card of Rs. 740/-
But my Outgoing facility was cut by Reliance on 10th July due to non payment of the bill.
on that the I had paid the amount by Citibank Card.

ICICI Bank Charged that amount in my Card Statement
on Sending complaint to ICICI Bank they said this amount
would deduct in your next statement & send me the mail
that your complaint is resoulved.
But in next statment amount was not deducted.
I had paid the amount but I have deposited Rs. 500/- Less
because they have not solved my complaint. & I had sent the
mail Stop my credit card & send me Rs. 240/- I had excess paid to you.
But till today I am receiving their bills with late payment charges
& calls from their executives.
How is this problem would be resolved ? I had paid alreday Extra Rs. 240/- to Bank.

Dear sir As i am useing icici credit card for 3 years my card as been damged so I request to send new card to customer care they told with in 7 working days you will get the new card and old card will be blocked still i newer recived the 1 month as gone pls send me imadeley.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — return of cheque for credit purchase of Aug'08

my credit card no. is [protected]. I have made the payment of credit purchases during the period period of 21.07.2008 to 21.08.2008 through cheque no. 750496 dtd. 06.09.2008 of syndicate bank. The same was returned to me on 18.09.2008 with a remark 'amount and word diffes'. Only it was missed to write in word. Amount in word may be written by your bank or you would have called me to my mobile phone which was written overleaf of the cheque to write in word or you were to produced to my bank. That co-operation I get from my bank. Your bank simply returned the cheque and charged penaulty for that. I did not pay the penalty amount of Rs. 449.44 which has reflected in next statement.
Hence please do the needful to wave out the same.

I am 5 years old credit card holder and if such co-operation is not possible from your end then please cancel my credit card.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Late communication cast to pay some money

I just want to tell that late communication happened by ICICI bank. As per icici's new rule, bill pay is paid service through credit card from 1st Oct. But this information i got it on 18th Oct from my credit card statement, without knowing this I paid my icici prudential premium with my ICICI credit card on 16th Oct. So now they will charge 100 Rs for this bill pay made by credit card at the end of year. so my point is bank should inform the customer before they starting the new rules. I have communicated this to there customer case as well as complaints on internet banking, up to now there was no response.

ON 4.10.08 I MADE A PURCHASE OF DIGITAL CAMERA FOR THE VALUE OF RS. 6001.00 BY USING ICICI CREDIT CARD. AS PER THE ADVERTISEMENT I REQUESTED TO ICICI TO CONVERT MY TRASACTION INTO EMI PAYMENT WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE TRXN THROUGH SMS FOR WHICH I GET CONFIRMATION ALSO. ICICI Home Loan Sanctioned 3 Yrs Back And No House In Possession — ICICI Home Loan sanctioned without verification

Hi, I took the Home Loan from ICICI in April 2006 for my house.As per the agreement, bank had to disburse the loan amount phase wise depending upon the construction made.But for me the Final Disbursement made on Jan 2007. I am paying full EMI since January 2007. Still my house is not completed/handed over. So Builder and ICICI Bank combinely making FRAUD. Please let me know if you have any idea to sue ICICI Bank.

we submit the application for close our credit card a/c in june 08 but they didn't close our a/c . And now they 'll sens to us statements with too much interest. We Didn't take any claim of Lombard Policy on the behalf of this card because all persons name are wrongly typed on policy card. Many times we notice them about it they didn't correct it till date,

I received statement on 29th in the month of October.
In this sstament shown Interest charges and sevice tax eventhough I paid.
I am sorry to write, statements are not coming/not coming in time. so many times informed/compaints. After complaint I received 29-10-08.
It is not possible to see emails everyday.
Please see and arrange statements in time. to avoid wasatage of time.

ICICI — Courier not came yet

I have not recieved the courier which is from ICICI Bank at Bangalore. Courier Number is [protected]. The courire is dispached at 29/10/08 and I have not received yet.

i am ICICI bank customer i have received credit card in the month of march 2008. but the concern is the bank people allowed me to use it for only couple of months because there was a delay in paying my due amount because of my marriage. i was just shocked when i have received the credit card bill bcoz they have included all different feeses like late fee, interest, etc. one day recovery person has come and knocked my house door and asked me to pay my due-amount and he promised me to make reversal of my credit amount and told he is gonna convert my credit amount in to Easy Installments and told he is going to activate my credit card with in a day.but i paid all my due amount to the recovery person in the form of post-dated cheque initially. but he came back and returned my cheque and asked me to draw money from ATM to pay credit card due. i have done it and paid 7000 Rupees as he told. in return he has given a payment slip to me. then started the real problem the bloody recovery man haven't paid my due amount to the bank instead he was not lifting my calls for 10 days and finally i was successful in catching him over phone and he paid my due amount to the bank. but by the time he paid my amount to the bank i became a victim and lost every thing my name has been sent to CIBIL as defaulters list which really frustrated me a lot. i tried to reach customer care people and the concerned recovery people regarding this issue but there was no proper response at all. even this bank people are keep on sending credit card bills to me mentioning all useless intrests on my credit amount. my actual credit limit was 46000 but i used only 36000 instead they are charging interests on total 46 thousand and they are not showing 7000 which i paid earlier. and they started sending notices to me regularly my question to ICICI people is this is my first credit which has taken from banks in my total life and you people has sent my name to defaulters list and you don't maintain proper data-base and there will not be any regular follow-ups to customers in updating credit information. and no proper recovery agencies and there will not be a concerned person for all the time n number of people will come and collect due amounts by this there will be a communication gap. in my scenario the recovery person told all cock and bull stories and promised me to do all benefits to me but once i paid the amount he is least bothered about me and no response even i did n number of calls to him. the bank has spoiled my name by sending my name to CIBIL even if i pay my due amount i am not sure that they are going to remove my name from CIBIL because of my past experience i could able to say this. one thing i don't understand why this people won't show interest in responding customer after giving credit card rather they show lots of enthusiasm while giving credit card to customer and they never ever reveal the hidden charges to customer while giving credit card. so what i would like to convey you is please do not send any kind of notices to me.
