I had submitted for redemption folio no 3135600/66 on 16/9/09. Till date I havent received credit into my account.
When I called your toll free no, they informed that there was a possibility of rejection of ECS and that they would get back to me.
Nobody had bothered to revert back to me or inform me about it.
I find that settlement which should ideally done in T+2 days has reached no where.
Under the circumstances, you should either pay me interest for delayed payment or pass on the benefit of higherNAV as this delay has happened entirely due your fault and that since the SIP instalement was debited to the same bank account, I see no reason whatsoever that credit should be rejected.
I hope that this case is taken up immediately and revert back to me asap.
No Reply is received even after 1 month. Such is the lax attitude of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund. They seem to evade telephone calls and provide alternate email ids, even when we wish to escalate our complaint and send it to some higher authority than the normal email id enquiry@icicimutual fund.
