[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — IT refund not received

I am still waiting for a reply from your end . i understand that it has been over looked, as we are here sitting as fools waiting for a reply from your end. I am again making a complain that I have not yet received my refunds for the year[protected] filled in at Shimla ( manually)in 18 Sept 2008.
My pan card no is AFLPT4777K. Do you think that I have any chance of the refund or am I just wasting my energy and time . Please Advise.

Income Tax Department — Non refund of excess deducted Income Tax

My PAN No is AJKPM2329R. My Income Tax return was processed for the A.Y 2008-09 and refund of Rs.6660/- has been issuesd by ECS through Refund Banker's Scheme from S.B.I. Mumbai on 12-Mar-2010. But till this date I have not received any refund through ECS. On contacting ICICI Bank at Bangalore where the ECS was supposed to tbe effected, the Bank personnel asked for date of settlement of the ECS and Sequence Number for the credit of the ECS to be tracked. Incometax department — Tax refund- updated new bank details

Hi,
My pan number is ADQPV4605H, i had logged a complaint that my tax refund for the year[protected] for the amnt: 28020, has not been credited. I guess no one has really bothered to do anything even after registering a complaint. i hope this is done asap or else it will prompt me to go legally as this is getting really irritating now. Income Tax Department — Tax refund not received yet

I did'nt get my tax refund around 28000 for the year[protected]. i am not sure how to get it.

There are many people who have not received theire returns. Can anyone pls look into it. When we pay our tax on time then even our refund should be given on time...for tax payments they catch hold of u from anywhere in this world...then why not for the refund purpose how come we get lost...


Pls take care of the request from so many indians. Pls someone lok into the issue.

I have not received IT refund for the AY 2009-10 yet. PAN AEIPK6295H. I got a call from Assessing Officer (Ward 47(3)) on[protected] and he assured that the amount would be creditted to my bank account within 1 or 2 days. But not yet creditted. I have been running from IT office 23 (1)1 mumbai and my banker The mumbai district Co op Bank Ltd Vikhroli to get my IT REFUND of Rs 8130 (AY[protected].

IT Officer says that when my PAN no. is put in the system the screen does not show my bank details, when approached the bank they have shown me my details with PAN no. and it is correct. I have made 8 visits to the IT Office and to the bank but still matter is not resolved, even i have given 2 letters to the IT Office Bandra.Both the IT Officer and the bank are Cooperating well with me.
How a common man will know the ECS Process of refund and whom to contact, and as per the IT Office they have sent the ECS in 2008 and the status shows as A/C does not Exist but I am operating the same till today.
