sir problem is this above servic provider is not
deliver gas in proper time.The method is first
take entry to the customer-book(we take on[protected] ON
thear SHARMA-MARKET OFFICE, then they will deliver gas to home.
But it is on paper only.
Every time having a same problem.
The distanc between my home to their Godown is about 18KM So
sir it is not possible to bring gas cylinder from theit by
help of Motercycle.Every time i send E-mail to you then
this people deliver gas to my home.

So consider my above problem and give permanent soln.Then
i am very very thankfull to you.

Indane Gas — Centralized no given for booking is always engaged Nos are 02012604 & 02026860.

How to book gas cylinder if for all over maharashtra only two no at pune are given and those are alwayse engaged. hence it is very inefficient system. today throughout day I tried to book but never replied.

i am belong to buxar, bihar ,where a gas agency which name is INDRAMANI GAS in RAJPUR they blacking gas through some unauthorized person and also selling gas through them. i[censored] complain they refuse to take any responsibility.

Hi i am the cansumar of indane gas with chodare gas agance dhanbad and my cansumar no is ch8144. I am boked my gas for refil in the date 9/12/2009 and the now date is 25/12/09 i can't recive my gas when i call in agance they say gas was deleverd on 17/12/09 then i reply i can't recive the gas, then agance man reply the parson which name is arun that are send the gas in ur area i think that person sold ur gas in black. Sir i requst u help me.

Indane Gas — blackmarketting in Sarni ,Distt.-Betul,M.P.

In area Sarni, there is only one gas agency Rahul gas Agency and has monopoly and does not provide cylinders to the consumers and sells the cylinders to the local hawkers at higher rates though this is a free home delivery service .Plz do something against this agency or give licence to somebody else.

Indane Gas — Gas not supplied -

Dear Sirs,

Area - Pattabiram (Gopalapuram - West - 4th Street)
Supplier Agent: M/s. Raghavendra Agency - Avadi - Chennai / Tamil Nadu

We have booked our LPG Cylinder 47 days before, as of now we have been not supplied, whenever we try to contact the Agency (Raghavendra Agency-Avadi) through Telephone, we are unable to get connection, either their lines are busy or the not attending the calls.

I have enquired with my colleagues in my office, all of them are saying that they are not having such problems in their area, but we are facing this problem in our place for the past six months and above.

Though we have two LPG connections, it has been of No use. I do not have in stock the other cylinder to use once the first one is gets over.

Please take concrete action so that inconvenience like this should not happen to the consumers hereafter.

Indane Gas — Cylinder not Supplied by Gas Agency

I booked for supply of a domestic gas Cylinder with M/S Kasna Indane Gas Service nearly 15 days ago. When contacted the agency the authorities refused to deliver the Cylinder to my address. My connection number with the agency is 23295. please do the needful.

I am Indane Gas Consumar. My Agency Name is Premier Indane
Gas Agency, K. Pudhur, Madurai. This Agency can't Delivered the correct Date. My cylinder booking Date 30.11.2009 But the Gas not delivered on 24.12.2009. The Agent can't say the Correct Answer. The Agency labours are very bad word. i am already inform the matter for you. My Indane Consumer No Is . 17307. The Delivered boy get the Rs.350/- per cylinder but he is not door delivery and then he did not give the Voucher for me. So I request You. Please Help me.

Indane Gas — Delivery not done after 2 weeks of booking

My Customer ID is 18942 with Nataraj Enterprises Bangalore. I booked the gas on 14th Dec 2009. But till now it has not been delivered. On 24th I called up to the agency and complained about the same, then I was given a contact no. [protected]. But this phone was switched off.

Still I am awaiting for supply.

SO HOW TO MADE THE BOOKING IS CONFUSION FOR ME.

am trying for two months now to book a gas cylinder with puneet gas agency but in vain becoz of the fact that firstly the telephone number 27856431 and 27872552 is always engaged and at times you get through but the line gets dropped immediately.
i think these people have a nexus with black marketters becoz vide this approach you are forced to buy a black market cylinder.
My consumer number is 1845 and am still hopeful to get through.

I booked my gas cylinder for refilling on 10th of Dec.with Dinesh gas agency kota.
My connection No is 40110

My booking number given by agency is 5964

Today is 28th of Dec.I am still waiting for refilling of the same one.

My big problem is that they are not giving the status about cylinder delivey.

One thing I want to add that it is first time otherwise previously I was getting it on time.
So my request is that there should be some column in booking template for current status & should be updated by concerning agency.

i have gas refill booked before 2 month.the delivery of gas after 2 month i m dis agree the behavour of agency holder.give the instructions of agency for booking & delivery purpose.

For few days the service of the Indane is very poor and as a Consumer I'm suffering. The fact is the rule said by the Indane people that the booking wil be accepted only after 20 days of first cylinder delivery(incase of having 2 cylinders) But eventhough the booking made as mentioned the cylinders are still reaching home after 1 week to 10 days later than the mentioned time.

While approaching the personnels are apologizing and told me that the stocks at our godown has been empty . And on the other end, in my home the delivery boys are supposed to ask bribe for delivery of Cylinder Rs.30/- though it s a area of city limit. To my home, the last delivery made we are using Kerosene stove at present..

I'll be thankful if Anyone suggest me the good consumer gas agency other than Indane. Or you can transfer my gas connection to the other gas agency other that Indane.

Consumer No:7469 booked on 8th Dec 09 at 'Ma kiruba agency' Sparten Nagar, TNHB complex, chennai. Till today( 31 Dec 09) No Response. Phone line always busy.

I have a connection of Indane gas through a Rainbow Gas Sevice, Faridabad, and I want to book a Cylinder for a riffle but the Ph. Nos. of the agency are Continoiusily engaged in working Hours and no body can contact to them through Phone. pls guide to us
