Akash Gas Agency (A-11, main road, johripur, delhi-94)

Through this mail i want to tell you that the mentioned gas agency'serviceman is not doing their work properly. They sell the filled gas cylinder to the blackmarcketers & some unlawful elements for their profit without thinking about the regular customer of indian gas .For this sake they tell the wrong booking no. to consumers & sell their no."cylinder to the above mentioned .This does not come to an end at this also .
Their behaviour is very bad also.They talk to the customers in a very rude way. It seems that the phone of this agency is only for formality as they do not recieve it for more than 10 min.in a hour .
therefore sir plz look into the matter as soon as possible & make us feel that govt. sector is also worth of beliving .

Employer of Akash Gas Agency's behaviour is very bed. They give the late delievery & black marketing. I booked the gas sylinder 12 days ago, but the sylinder is not delievered to my home. I went the Akash Gas Agency to take the cylinder after 5 days of booking date but they not give me sylinder. I have only one sylinder. What am I do, tell me.

I have got a gas connection through D.P. THAKUR AND CO ansari road daryaganj new delhi-2,(INDANE GAS) registeration no- 9635. Whenever we need a gas cylinder replacement, firstly there contact no:[protected] is never working,it remains engaged all the time and it has been like this for years, secondly,if you visit this office people there are very insolent, they talk to you as if you are begging for something.This really makes things inconvenient and all together worse customer experience.

Kindly take an action against this.

I am a customer of Indane gas Service. My consumer code number is 12493. My gas connection lies under Shaheed Omprakash Indane Gas Service. It has been more than 5 months since I made a complaint to them that my Regulator has leakage and I wana get it changed. But every time I ask them for replacement I am told that the stock has finished and to get it done by 10th of next month. But when I visit the dealership for the problem I am being told that the stock has not yet reached there.
IOC officials are requested to please look into the matter.

Sir, Iam the customer of Sreenivasa Gas Agency, Tirupathi bearing the No.41236. I am trying to book gas cylinder last seven days, but not able to book because of their non response in lifting of phone eventhough it wokrs. for every time at the time of bkg. i am facing this problem. So, Now i decided to go personally to book cylinder by taking half day leave. I think the gas booking phone does not recieve as much calls as receive by railway enquiry phone, when railway people attending the phone regularly, why these people not responding in lifting of phone. for gas bkg, only customers make a call, where, for a railway enquiry anybody can make a call. I strongly suggesting the gas authorities to introduce SMS based booking so that gas booking authorities also will not feel any pain in lifting of phone.
Sir, I am a customer of M/s Sreenivasa gas agency, Tirupathi, bearing the no.31426. we the customers of above agency facing much problems every time at the time of booking of gas cylinder. they are not responding through phone eventhough their phones are working. every time we are attending personally to book a cylinder. Indane Gas (Indian Oil Company) — SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDERS/RESIDENTIAL

My Consumer No. is 5388., The Supplying Agency of Cylinder for Residences : M/s Shree Chella Agencies. Address: No.4, Muthalamman Koil Street, Selaiyur Po, (Near Camp Road), Tambaram, Chennai-600073. Their Tel.Nos. are :[protected], 22394171, 22397537. Proprietrix of the Agency : Mrs. Rajalakshmi Natarajan.

I had booked for Gas Cylinder (Residential) on 7 Nov.09. When registered, the staff gave me the reference No. of Booking as :3658/7 Nov.09. When enquired the lady said that the cylinder would come in 10 days. On completion of the said period, when enquired, another staff said over phone, that it would come in 5 days (further); Again when I enquired about the cylinder, the staff (another) said that the cylinder was being delivered in my area. But it did not come on 22 Nov.09. On seeing the delivery vehicle near my area, when I enquired the staff about my cylinder, he at first, said that he did not have my slip, but when I insisted, he checked the list of coupons (Delivered/To be delivered), I found mine in that lot. About delivery, he said that it would be delivered on24 Morning atbout 10 AM.

The delivery of cylinder took place at least at 1555 hrs. on 24 Nov.09.

To day (25 Nov 09 at about 1400 hrs. or so, when I met the Proprietrix of Shella Agency, as to why the delivery took place after 18 days, instead of what they said earlier, she denied that her staff said about 10/15 days time in which the delivery would take place.

When I wanted to book for a fresh cylinder then and thereitself, she said that I would be able to register only on 15 Dec.09. When I mentioned the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, has informed the Public on TV Channel, Live, that IOC has issued a letter to the effect, that any agency who provides the ser vice, should not insist on 21 days time for new booking.

The Lady then asked me to provide a copy of your letter (!),

It is now left to your Company, whether I should get a copy of the letter in question, under RTI Act, or whether she is right in asking a customer to give her Bread-Provider-Company's letter instead of getting it from the Company (IOC), Whether her case would stand in a Court of Law??!

I trust, a proper action is taken on the subject, and informing me about it.

Indane Gas — Ignorance of Complaint filed

Dear Sir,
I am Sri Gopal Poddar from Jaipur using the gas service provided by Indane Gas through the distributor Asal Durg. I have to say that in this kind of high risk product also the service provided by your company is the worst. I have complaint to the distributor 4 times in past one week that i am finding a foul smell from the cylinder, which i am finding to be because of gas leakage, They have not sent anyone for any inspection or check in regard of complaint.If any mishap occurs who will be responsible for it. The service provider has been always ignorant in respect of any complaints and when asked for complaint number, they don't provide it.I want that a strict action should be taken against this ignorant service provided by the distributor.

I booked my gas cylinder on 21 NOV. 09, till 26 NOV,09 no delivery has been made by the agency. I CALL their office on 24 NOV,09 AND TODAY ALSO BUT The Lady at the counter rudely told me that you will get it after 4,5 days. I request concern authority look in-to this matter.

Indane Gas - Anbu Gas Agency, Chennai — Gas connection

I applied for the new connection with all the relevant documents @ Anbu Gas Agency, Chennai on 21/09/2009. Details of the connections are : (Running Sl No 9781, NEW CONNECTION - REGISTRATION [protected]). People were supposed to come from the agency for inspection (as i did not apply for stove connection because i had that), which they did come on 20/10/2009 and gave the report. Since then I have been struggling to get the connection but I am being told different dates for the availability viz

i am customer of indane gas service at Maur Mandi Distt. Bathinda (PB.) with copy number 638388 registered with Maur gas agency and Service of MAur Gas AGency is very poor as they did not provide the gas reffils as per the company policies rathe they took the extra charges for it as happened with me as i booked the gas cylinder on 12-11-09 and same was not provided to me till 24-11-09 and when i contact them they told me that it will take 10 days more and when i requested them to provide me at the earliest they took from me Rs. 400 RTs. on the pretext that instant requirement has some formalties and for it i have to pay for that and this practise is normally going on in our area black marketing is on full swing by the above said agency. pllzdo the need ful for it.

EVEN RUFHG REPLY FROM AGENCY ON PHONE AND ON COUNTER DESK.
IF BY PHONE BOOKING NEVER PICK UP PHONE. IF BY CHANCE PICK UP PHONE SAY WRONG NUMBER ! ! NOW TO WHOM WE SHOUL COMPLAIN WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND.

THE GAY CYLINDER EASYLY GETING TO " KHUMCHA LARY " TEA STOLE. ETC... WHO THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED TO AGENCY BUT THEY GET VERY EASY IN BLACK MARKET JUST PAY RS.200/ MORE AND GET WITHIN hrs. ! !
