Indane Gas{LPG} — no response by telephone

sir i booked my cylinder on 16th of december for refil.i got my wtng list no 69 and i was told that it will take about 7 days.till today i havent got it.first of all they do not attend phones they keep the volume low so that they do not get disturved if at all they lift the phone they wil lkeep itaway as if some body is waiting for the call.sir this is inherent problem and i request u to look in to.my name is Usha trehan name of Gas agency is Keher Gas and my consumer no is keher 7182

I am having the Indane gas connection from Urja INdane, Bibwewadi, pune distributor. Whenever we call the distibutors cylendor booking number either it will be busy or even they lift the call they will speak roudelly.
Most funny think is, they will ask to call there delivery boy. If we call delivery boy, he will behavie like a owener of Indane gas. If we ask for delivery timings. He will stright away say..i cann'st say anything. Me and my frined have faced this Worst Cylender Delivery service.

Request you to take some corrective action this.

I applied for the new gas connection with batala gas agency vide their registration no - [protected] dated 17/08/2009. i approached so many time to them for early release of gas connection as a customer on 02 january 2010 . i again approached for the same . but in stead of possitive repley they asked me that at present gas connection not available in case you want urgent then give us Rs 6500 so that gas connection will be issued on the spot . if you will spend Rs 4200 than after 6 & 7 month.

Dear ser i am leaving in a najafgarh delhi. My gas agency is shanti gas agency palam but iam not seticfied from your service because i am trying to call [protected], [protected] last 3-4 days for bookeked my gas but the no. LPG Cylinder — Telephone Busy for last 5 days

Dear Sir,

We have trying to book LPG GAS CYLINDER for last 5 days. Either the telephone is busy or no body picks the phone. It is very frustrsting and we spend lot of time. Our consumer number is 6100 A and delivering Agency is Mohanil Gas service at IIT Chowk near Essex Farms.

Will IOC officials help to book the LPG Cylinder.

Indane Gas Dealer - Patamal Agency — Pushing me to buy a gas stove along with gas connection

This is regarding the new gas connection of Indane. I am trying to apply Indane gas connection through Patamal Agency (Indane Gas Dealer) in Muduchur Raod, Tambaram, Chennai.

First I am not clarified of what is the correct procedure and the fee for registering a Indane gas connection.
They say it mandate to buy a gas stove from them along with the gas connection!! They say, overall the gas connection and the stove will cost Rs 4000/-

I have a gas stove already with me which I got as a gift long back and so I do not have the bills for that with me. I have the proof of ration card for the residential address proof. Then why it is necessary to buy the stove from them?

This is regarding the delay in delivery of gas cylinder from Indane agency (Apna Bazar, Mandvi Branch, Vadodara. Phone No.[protected] / 2562071).

I had booked my gas cylinder on 24.12.2009 and as per the commitment it should have been delivered within a week time. Instead of that till 04/01/2010, it is not delivered.

About attitude of the people of this agency, whenever we book our cylinder people servicing at this agency showing tremendous arrogancy.

Serious problem i had faced recently is with my previous gas cylinder, it was started to use from 17.12.2009 and it got finished on 04.01.2010. We had used this cylinder 18-19 days hardly. Generally it works atleast for 25-30 days. I had doubt on this agency people do some malpractices with the cylinders. Either they are stealing gas from cylinders or they provide us half filled cylinders to the customers.

I request you to look into this matter and help us.

Indane Gas — DELAY IN REFILL CYLINDER

My Gas Card No. is 851. I booked Gas on 03.01.2010 vide online registration no.1 dated 03.01.2010. My both cylender are enmy now.

Please arrange to deliver the refill cylender.

IOC-Indane Gas - Domestic Use — Late Booking & Late Delivery of Gas

M/s Ravi Gas Agency, 117/N/35 Kakadeo, Kanpur are booking a gas cylinder after 21 days of delivery of last cylinder. And cylinder is delivered after 21 days of booking. They just refuse to book before 21 days of delivery of last cylinder. The subscriber has no proof. Kindly

Dear Sir/Madam,
As I understand, one can book for a gas cylinder after 21days from the last gas delivery date or the same is automatically booked & supplied but it seems the automatic system are not followed by the dealers.
Please take a note of my Consumer No.58840 under the dealership of M/S. Asal Durg Enterprises, Gandhi path, Jaipur, when requested for booking on 6th, January 2010 they refused to do so and stated that it would be autumatically supplied.My only complain is that they should have booked the gas and should have given me the booking number. I shall appreciate your early intervention on the issue.

Indane Gas — improper service of local dealer

Dear sir,
we have cooking gas connection from indane sales and service agent M/S Rourkela kitchen aids, shop no.A/9, Nirmala Market, Power house Road, Rourkela - 769001, phn.no.[protected] and 2512966.

The problem we faced is my burner was having leakge problem and the flame was blowing off, we lodged a service request to the above dealer of INDANE, but even after 15 times follow up for 15 days - they have not attended the problem - we have suffered for non-cooking of food and safety due to gas leakage.

M/S Indane gas company or their authorised service dealer - should have responsible for any type of accident????

we request Indane gas comapny to improve their service and should take action against such irresposible dealers.

Indane Gas — timing of gas booking

I go for gas booking at Vindhyavasini Gas Service,Mirzapur(Area Office -Allahabad,UP),on the Date of 6 jan 2010 at the time of 10 A M but the agency was close thus I again went there at 2.30PM but he refused to book the reffile after 2PM. Please tell me your timing for the gas booking.

We are a household consumer of Indian Oil-LPG (Indane) service at Asansol, West Bengal.

We get the service via M/S Maa Durga Gas Agency (Consumer No. MA 22151), Murgasol, Asansol.

With deep disappointment, this is to inform you that we are getting Un-sealed cylinder for the last TWO months, when fresh delivery at our doorstep happenes.

Whenever the delivery boy comes for a full cylinder delivery, we find the seal is always BROKEN.

Broken Seal leads to the decrease in quantity of the gas and whenever the housewife objects to accept the cylinder, delivery boy threatens not to deliver an alternate cylinder before 45 days.

Interseting fact is that the delivery never comes when the male member of the family is present for, it is easier to make fool of housewives.

I suppose it is an organised conspiracy (by the Agency and the Delivery Boy) against the consumer, and they are supplying us USED Cylinders.


Therefore, I request you to take stringent actions against the agency so that these incidents can be stopped for ever.

Indane Gas — Delivery of gas Cylinder

Sir,
I am Avijit Ghosh. We register in Indane gas by my father name that is Mr. Ajit Kr. Ghosh. Our Customer no. is 21758 at Roy & Dutta dealer at Sodepur.We docket a demand of gas on 19/12/09. But till date we have not recive the same. When we asked for that to thr dealer, they replay in a rough language. At the time of registration they said that they can deliver by the next day, after that it goes to by 7 day & after that it goes to by 20 days. But now It's too much.
So, pls take care of it with an emergency.
I want from you a good replay.
