[Resolved] Indian Post — Tracking the Registered post.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am unable to track two registered post sent on 28th March, 2009 from Pune to Mumbai. The registered post reciept numbers are: RL A 5880 and RL A 5881 repectively. I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/) Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post. I m highly disgusted with service India post provides. I had send a courier to USA
3weeks back with this A RU[protected]IN registration number. It still hasn't been delivered
Although they said it would be delivered within a week. India post is higly unreliable and ridiculous.

One Registered letter with AD was booked on 09/06/2014 at 11.4353 from Vijaynagar, Indore bearing tracking no. RI[protected]IN addressed to Dulmi-Nadiha, Purulia, pin. 723102. From tracking information it appears that on 10/06/2014 at 12.42.11, it was bundled to Howrah RMS(CRC) from Indore RMS(CRC). I have sent a registered parcel from PUNE CITY POST (RLAD - A RM[protected]IN ) on
16/06/2014 and it has not yet reached to the destination so far.
The post office authority told me that it would not take more than 3 working days to reach the destination
