[Resolved]  Ing Life Insurance — Delay / Non-tracking of the payment for cancelled policy

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am a Life insurance policy holder of ING Vysya life insurance. Policy number 00435759. The company was supposed to make the payment within 20 working days. Policy was cancelled on 26th June 2011. I am yet to receive the cheque for the same. As per the bank, they have dispatched the cheque to my hometown address, but the same has not been received there. When enquired with the courier company (First Flight Couriers), they responded saying the cheque was returned to ING (origin). For the past 4 days I have been calling INg vysya call centres to get the details of the same, no proper details are being disclosed. Neither I get a response from the call centre personnels regarding the payment. I am ready to go and collect the same from their bangalore office as I stay in bangalore itself, but they seem to be in no hurry to track the cheque and pay my money back. I request the consumer forum to please take action against them and speed up my cheque processing and deliver it to me.
