[Resolved]  IOCL — complaint against Indane GAS LPG service

I m a consumer of Indane gas. My consumer no is K16094 & the agency Name is Kasna Gas agency, Greater Noida. I had booked for a cylinder (online booking ref no 4, at 8:46pm on 14 Nov 2008) but till now it is not Delivered at my home. Also their phone is impossible to get.

I CALL AGENCY MANY TIME FROM 25TH MAY 2012 BUT THEY TELL ME TO CONTRACT TO MACHENIC MR DASHRATBHAI .THE MACNIC NOT RESPONED ME AND TODAY SAY THAT WHAT I CAN DO IF REGULATOR IS FAULTY.THE AGENCY IS NOT REPLYING .WHAT I HAVE TO DO .

I have book my cylinder 30-6-12 consumer no 23300 & booking ref. no is received 239990. I have one more message cylinder has been delivered with cash memo no 4127 date[protected] but cylinder is not received at home. I complained in agency but no response given . Plz short out my complain
My consumer No: 37829. Booked on 24th after the due dates. I got sms saying that my booking no: 335389. My cash memo no: 1086. GANESHA GAS AGENCIES, MOGAPPAIR, CHENNAI -37. giving lot of wrong information about supply. Today 9th august 2012, they said they have service only one day in a week. that is Saturday. This is too much.
DABC apartment is famous, and nearest apartment to reach easily. what is this. something wrong with dealer supply.
PLEASE TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY.

PanchKula Haryana Consumer No 23027, earlier i was in Roorkee (Uttarakhand ). in the month of March 2010 i had applied to transfer my gas connection from Roorkee To Kalka and surrenders two cylinders in there office . The Agency has accept my application and issue to us a Transfer Voucher No [protected] dated09/03/2010 by M/s Chavi gas service Roorkee Distt. Haridwar (Uttarakhand ) Agency code No 156618, but I could not get my security amount for two cylinder .Therefore you are hereby requested look the matter and do the needful.

LPG Gas — No progress against my complaint

I am given my complaint for Indane LPG gas distributor to Indane company and my complaint no. is 642417 and they are assured that your problem is short out within 48 hrs. But till today my complaint is not short out.

0n dated[protected], and today is 16th November, the gap of supply in bitween 37 days. how can we feed ourselves it is unknown.

Myself Gulshan Kumar is complaining about false booking and false delivery of LPG cylinder by using my consumer number by my local distributor, Gas and Gadget, Mahanagar, Lucknow and my LPG gas cylinder consumer number is GG-14097A. As my phone number is registered with IOCL SMS service number 544111, on 30th of November I was surprised to receive a sms of LPG booking via number 342780, cash memo number 7602, even though neither I have booked the cylinder nor I received the cylinder. I complaint about the same on phone number [protected] and allotted the complaint number as 737175 and a response within 48 hours, but till today no response. And surprisingly again today I have received again a sms of sms, regarding booking of my gas cylinder via booking number 344149. Even today I have not booked any cylinder. Again today I complaint on phone number [protected] and now the complaint number is 743356. NOW I THINK THAT UNDER MY CONSUMER NUMBER SOMEONE IS BLACK MARKETING THE CYLINDER NUMBER AS THE NEW POLICIES RESTRICT THE NUMBER OF SUBSIDIZED CYLINDERS IN A YEAR. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.
I'm Keya Saraswati SINGLE domestic connection holder, Consumer No 360039 under SOUTH END GAS DISTRIBUTOR of Valley Park, Garia, Kol - 700 084.

I've book my Refill on 11/02/2013 and got confirmation No 479773 on 12th Feb, 2013 but till now I did not get my refill. I'v made several complaint but all are in vain. Lastly I've shocked to hear that my refill has already been delivered by the said distributor on 1st March, 2013 though I did not get any refill cylinder in my house.

I've lodged several complaints on 28/02/13 850482, 5/3/13 - Com No 857293, 9/3 - 861825, 11/3 - 864139 & lastly 15/3/13 but sorry to say with surprise NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN against the said complaints.

As per Govt. policy declared on Sept. 2012 that upto March 2013 domestic cylinder holder should get 6 refill but in my case when I can complete don't know .

And from the view of your of Distributor's delivery system, I'm sure my refill quota is misusing meaning you know better.
Not only that I'm also sure lots of persons of oil PSU are involved in the racket otherwise Distributors can not run alone.

After Sept. 2012 I've received my refill on Nov. 28th, 2012. Before that 26th July 2012, 13th April, 2012 & 17th Feb. 2012. i, e, in the year 2013 I've received only 4nos Refill and only one time I got my cash memo no in my mobile. If you wish you can easily see the truth from my Cons. No 360039.

All these type refills are going to black market to run parallel refill industries in various places and deliver to sweet shop, snack bar all small restaurant and many others even domestic house also against an handsome amount.

I THINK YOU SHOULD MONITOR YOUR DISTRIBUTORS' AS WELL AS THE OTHER PERSONS (WHO ARE

INVOLVED IN THIS DIRTY GAME) HONESTLY TO HELP GENERAL PUBLIC TO GET THEIR SUBSIDIZED

REFILL IN TIME TO STOP BLACK MARKETING. PLEASE AWAKE UP AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

Iam Brinda, having LPG gas conection with anupama gas agency tirmalgherry andra pradesh and consumEr no. Is 25180. The gas connection is in my late father in laws name so we want to change it on my mother in laws name. We have approçhed the above agency on May 1st 2013 with all documents and aadhaar card to do the above change. But even after 3 months and 12 trips to the agency with my aged mother in law, no action has been taken, the excuse is software not working. Its callous attitude of the anupama agency, how can agency function without software for 3 months? It shows that they are not willing to do the change but to make us pay 1000 for cylinder!
When all the requireddocuments are availbewith us they have to accept our request. I KINDLY REQUEST IOC TO LOOK INTO THEMATTER AND DOTHE NEEDFUL. TAKEACTION AGAINST THE ERRING ANUPAMA AGENCY.

COMPLAINT:My Aadhaar Card No.[protected] was linked to my LPG Consumer No.62701 and to my bank account no. on 22nd June 2013.On 11th July 2013, I received my cylinder with the special rubber stamp affixed on the cash receipt-stating ' Please submit Aadhaar immediately'. Upon checking with the distributor they informed me that my Aadhaar has been linked to my gas connection but it is not yet linked to my bank account. Upon checking with the bank they informed and showed it to me on their computer monitor that my Aadhar No. was already linked to my bank account on the 22nd of June 2013 itself and they further advised me that the problem is with IOCL/LPG Distributor and not with the bank.The Bank says it has done its duty and the Distributor says that they have done their duty AND ALAS!!! MY AADHAAR CARD IS NOT YET LINKED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AT STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD-500016.WHO WILL RESOLVE THIS ISSUE?

COMPLAINT:My Aadhaar Card No.[protected] is not linked to my LPG Consumer No. 33192and to my bank account no.
We have provided with the required documents to the IOC dealer for linking the Adhaar to avail the LPG subsidy. We were able to view the status green few days back in the IOCL website, stating that the records were available. But now it seems that there are no details available in the IOCL website.
We have tried again to seed the Adhaar directly through the IOCL website, but it shows that “Seeding request already exists”. We approached the dealer, but they are saying it is already done, and they are asking to drop a complaint to the district collector.
The same state is with the Bank account, the bank personnel even does not know how to resolve the issue or to whom it to be routed.
Not sure how this could be resolved, this Adhaar linking really became a night mare.

I had booked for LPG refill on 20/7/13. My Con.No. 7497 and Supplying agency is JO Agency, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur district, Kerala.
I have linked my Aadhar no. with the Bank and submitted the application at Agency in July last.
I had supplied with the refill cylinder by the Gas Agency on 20/9/13. They have charged from me Rs. 977 + 12 = 989 vide their Delivery chalan cum cash memo no.[protected], by saying that you will get the subsidy at your bank. On the same day I confirmed at bank that no subsidy has been credited in my account. Why it so?
I have read from the newspapers that in my district the new system will be in active from 1/9/13 onwards, that too for those booking from 1-9-13 onwards . Now tell me what should I do? Where to approach further to get the subsidy? Shall I file a suit at Consumer court? Please clarify?

I am Shankar Rokde from Nagpur using Indane Gas for last 8 year, Consumer no :-344367, Agency name :- Karuna Gas Agency, Surendra Nagar.I have booked the cylinder on 29/09/2011.I have called on this no[protected]/2231154, [protected], I am continoiusly trying this no from last 10 days but noboby pickup the phone & I am helpless unable to understand what to do & at last today I went to Indane gas agency, surendra nagar & they reply that customer flow is continuous & they are not in a condition to pickup the phone .

This is not proper reply, hence I requested you to plz send the cylinder as soon as possible & take the necessary action.

Delivery time - IOCL(Indian Gas

I booked gas for home delivery on 27.02.14 but till today 14.03.14 13.15 PM not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to gas agency, he says it will take another 1 day for delivery. I called 5 times since last five days, he says same reply. I am very sorry to say i am having single cylinder connection and we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with Indane . My consumer number is 6846962 given at the time of booking.Please not my mail ID n requesting you to solve my issue under intimation to me.
I had not booked for gas delivery before 24.4.2014 even hawker came for gas delivery on 21.4.2014. As I was not having empty cylinder, so gas was not received. I booked for gas delivery on 24.4.2014 and waiting for gas delivery.
I want to know that how gas booking was made without my willing. My Mobile no [protected] is with me by which gas booking is done&is registered with you for booing purpose

When the delivery boy came to our house for LPG he gave a receipt where in it was updated i just need to pay Rs 401, however he is demanding for Rs. 440 when i denied for the same he said no you have to pay Rs440 only area avid Chennai 54, Indian oil, he told you need to pay for the fair charges as well.

We are fighting with the govt to cut down the rate however you are increasing the customer, no way corruption is going to end in India.
