I want to cancel my ticket pnr no. [protected] on[protected].but the booking history not showing this ticket . What I to do

I m a user of irctc i have an account on irctc web site from a long time. i book many ticket without any problem. but from last a month on my account page booked ticket history, tds details etc. not shown by irctc. so i m confuse about this,

how can i delete my booked ticket history from my irctc account...
please tell me the procedure ?

irctc. I have done almost 4-5 transactions however none of the transaction is appearing in the booked history. I have recieved email confirmation for the same. However in case if I have to cancel my eticket then i wont be able to cancel it ..since its not appearing in my account transanction history. Please fix this bug ASAP and let us know.

When you have logged in you must have faced the screen

Showing details - Proceed for booking >Update profile >My transactions.

My transaction page will direct you to your old ticket booking history.

Example: PNR no [protected] /[protected]

Was booked using upgraded version and to check the booking history, please follow the given path - Log in>Proceed for booking>My

Transaction>Booked ticket history.

ANSWER go to proceed to booking then my transactions on the top you will get your booking history.They have actually changed the place for new tickets

USER ID-anjannan, DOB- 01/03/1954
My book tickets are not being displayed in the site of book ticket history.
How I cancel book ticket or get printout of tickets.
I have to cancel one ticket. DOJ - 05/06/14, From VSKP to BRC, the ticked not showing in book ticket history.
If I can"nit can cell the ticket how will responsible for that ?

Did anyone found a solution how the tickets can be seen in hostory.

I booked three ticket neither the same has been shown in booked ticket history nor the same has been sent to my telephone, please let me know how to get the same in booked ticket history.

I cannot see the booked tickets on web site of booked tickets, ple let me know what to do

guyzz it may be possible u r using updated version of irctc and for booked history u following previous version..

Follow this :-
1. Log in
2. Click Proceed for Booking (Instead My transaction)
3. Now simply Click Booked Ticket History
