[Resolved] Irctc — Received Communication error while booking ticket | |
Hi, This is Rakesh Saxena as I had booked a ticket through Credit Card (ICICI) from Mum to Delhi of August Kranti Rajdhani Dated 22.07.2008. for the month of 1.08.2008. After completing the entire procedure of the booking ticket through my Credit Card (ICICI) I had received a Communication Error but I did not received my PNR Number & also after confirming with the Customer Care of ICICI they told me that a transaction of Rs 3015/- has been done for booking railway ticket & in the mean while I have received a SMS from ICICI saying that amount 3015/- has been debited from your account. Kindly look in to the matter & do the needful ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |

This is Suresh as I had booked a ticket through SBI internet account from SC to BQU of SEPTEMBER DELTA FAST PASSENGER Dated 29.08.2008. for the month of 1.09.2008.
After completing the entire procedure of the booking ticket through my SBI I had received a Communication Error but I did not received my PNR Number & also after confirming with the Customer Care of SBI they told me that a transaction of Rs 329/- has been done for booking railway ticket.
Kindly look in to the matter & do the needful ASAP
