[Resolved]  Irctc — e-ticketing failed transaction payment request

Sir,
I tried to book Railway Reservation Tickets Through IRCTC online e-ticketing facility on 29aug2012. during the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. when i cheked my account balance on 29aug2012 balance is showing less amount by Rs 368/-. I request you to kindly look in to the issue and debit back my amount to my account.

Indian Railways e ticket — Payment Debit Fail Transaction

Dear Sir,

I tried to book a ticket for two on[protected] using the online ticket booking system of Indian Railways. Before I could get the confirmation of the booking the session expired. I checked the booking status in my IRCTC account but there was no update there. On checking the transaction's status in my credit card's account I found that payment had been done.
