[Resolved]  Irctc — IRCTC Refund

Hi Sir,

I have booked two tickets from IRCTC under PNR Number [protected] and [protected] But the trains were late for more than 6 hours and according to rules of IRCTC,They should refund my miney back which is not yet happened since last 4 months,

Could you please take necessary actions on this?

I Cancelled 2 tickets out of 10 bookings made from Citibank credit card on[protected].

as per your status showing in my IRCTC id it refunded on[protected] but when i checked my citibank account details amount is not credited.i also verify with citibank customer care for same but they said that from IRCTC no such instruction send for us. I am also cheked with 2 month Citibank statement where i book my tickets. but said amount not credited in my account. Hence requesting you to kindlly llok into this matter most urgentlly and do the needul.

I had booked a rail ticket from Pune to Baroda on 17-3-09 which was not sucessful. I recived a confirmation mail from railway that the ticket under transaction No. [protected] was not booked. But I fail that the amounts have been debited to my account and not refiunded. My bankers insist this is a sucessful transaction and do not reverse the transaction.

Railway provides a helpline no...but it does not accept complaint on helpline...pretty

IRCTC refund

Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings.

Pl go through the troubled transaction ref no [protected].
It is stated by care @irctc that booking of ticket dtd 01 Apr could not be processed as the transaction with ref. No. [protected] was not authorised by bankers.However, the account shows the debit of Rs 1805/- under this transaction.

IRCTC email dtd 5 Apr states... "That is we didn't receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. If at all the amount was debited, kindly send us the scan-copy / screen-shot of the bank statement to pursue the matter."


I humbly request to check the transaction ref no [protected] wherein IRCTC statement shows that transaction failed but the SBI Account details as attached shows that Rs 1805/- was debited.

For next transaction correct debit of Rs 1805/- on ticket made with PNR no [protected], transaction id [protected] and addl commission of Rs 10/- can be seen on the details of bank account.

Hence, pl check, reconcile and refund.

i booked a waiting rail ticket for irctc from net banking on 17/09/2009 . But automatically waiting ticket cancel on 18/09/2009.
but i am not receive back money still.

on 4th october 2009, but i got a ticket with waitin list 6. can i travel on that day??
if my waitin list does nt got confirmed is it will automatically get cancel????
