I HAD BOOKED ONLINE RAILWAY TICKET ON 25/01/2011 THRU NET UNDER PNR-[protected] TRAN ID [protected] FOR TRAIN NO 12003 FOR 11/02/2011.BUT I RECEIVED MAIL IN REDIFFMAIL ADDRESS ON 26/01/2011 THAT THE TICKET COULD NOT BE PROCESSED DUE TO NON SETTLEMENT OF PAYMENT THRU MY CREDIT CARD.AS SUCH I BOOKED AFRESH THE SAME TICKET UNDER PNR [protected].TRAN NO [protected] FOR THE SAME JOURNEY AND SAME PERSONS,SAME TRAIN & DATE.TODAY I HAVE CHECKED THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SHOWING DOUBLE DEBIT OF BOOKED TICKET.I REQUEST YOU TO REFUND ME THE SAME IMMEDIATELY AS THE MAIL SENT BY IRCTC CLEARLY SHOWED THAT THE TICKET COULD NOT BE PROCESSED DUE TO NON SETTLEMENT OF PAYMENT.
