[Resolved]  Irctc — No refund against TDR

This complaint is about the two TDRs filed under Eastern Railway on 19th October, 2012, the corresponding PNR numbers being[protected]Transaction ID - [protected]) and [protected] (Transaction ID - [protected]). The tickets were for the NDLS-HWH Pujo Special, which was more than 10 hours late and therefore I expect a full refund of the amount spent on booking the tickets. Both the tickets were booked online (using my 'subhyatra' account) and the TDRs were also filed through the website of IRCTC. Now, with more than 6 months already over and no improvement in the status of the said TDR files, I am completely puzzled about what to do in order to save my about seven thousand bucks.
I had mailed tdrprocess on 14th February and they had cared to reply yesterday only, and here is the reply:

firstly, where do I get the damned letter? secondly, how do I know why the EDR was not fed? what kind of an irresponsible behaviour is this? The train was more than 10 hours late, why should not the TDR be processed then?
I request the concerned authority to take prompt action ensuring refund of the due amount at the earliest possible.

IRCTC, RAILWAY TICKET — REGARDING TDR

Dear sir,
kindly guide me to whom should i make complaint for payment of my TDR as it is pending for more than 6 months.

I received a letter from IRCTC in January that the case has been transferred to the eastern region...but still its more than 2 months since then even.

Sir its a matter of great regret that a passenger has to write so many times for the refund and still has to wait.Even i called them so many times.

Please sir guide me where should i mail so that i get the refund...
as i have paid money to the railways for the above tickets cash and now i want the refund please.

kindly let me know the time taken max in the process as the time given was within 3 months of the tdr date.This is a very disgraceful matter for Indian railway that they are not taking care of there passengers.

please assure if i am sure of getting the refund.
sir, such delay in my rightful claim from railways is discouraging me to use the services of railways for internet bookings.

IRCTC — Refund against TDR by irctc

This has been really ahorrible experience with the IRCTC as I am yet to received my refund towards the TDR request which is filed on 04the may 2009.These guyes even are not replying to my mails and updating me of any progress. I am really disapoointed of this horrible customer serivce.

Can anyone help me out as I am crying in wilderness and no help from this (irctc).

Please guide me.

Railway online Railway ticket — Refund of ticket

I had booked two online Railway tickets from Jalandhar city to Lucknow train No. 3050/HWH EXPRESS date of boarding 12 Dec. 2009 on the name of Narinderjeet and Inderjit Kaur . Total amount paid was Rs. 1756 ( 878?878) but we missed the train so we at once went to the agent Kohli Times Jyoti Chowk Jal City to get the refund. He told us that we will get the refund after three months. Now it is over four months I have not got the refund . Today again I inquired about the refund The agent replyed no reply as yet from the Railways. Sir kindly do the needful and refund the amount . Hoping for an early reply

IRCTC — online Railway ticket booking

i tried to book a ticket for 9th NOV 2010 and everything was fine till payment gateway but after that when i submitted the card details this message came

IRCTC — Complaint Against IRCTC

I have booked an ticket on 04/11/2010 from new delhi to patna date of journey was 09-01-11 PNR Number [protected] and Transaction ID [protected]. But the train was cancelled.I had filled a TDR for refund on 11-01-11 Ref. no. ekt [protected].I have been informed through customer care that i will get refund within 3 months butdidn'y get any response.Pls help.

IRCTC — TDR NOT REFUND MORE THAN 14 MONTHS
