ONLINE WAITING LIST BOOKING NOT REFUNDED FOR RETURN JOURNEY FROM RENIGUNTA TO PUNE

Sir,
I had made a booking for 19/5/2012 on 19/2/2012 in train no.12164 class 3A . As the ticket was issued as waiting list I also booked in Sleeper class in which I got it as confirmed. I waited till the date of journey to see whether the 3AC ticket gets confirmed. But only my son's ticket got the position of RAC. As he is too young to travel alone [11 yrs old] we decided to cancel all the 3AC tickets and travelled in sleeper class from Renigunta to PUNE. I filed TDR on 19/5/2012. I am still getting the message refund is under process. Kindly expedite the payment into my account.

I WOULD LIKE TO WITH DRAW MY COMPLAINT AS THE "IRCTC" CREDITED BACK THE TICKET AMOUNT INTO MY ACCOUNT TODAY . i THANK IRCTC FOR THIS ACTION.
