As per my latest complaint i.e. N8CA0404669, the chassis of my monitor has been changed, the monitor was @ your gurgaon center but I am really sorry to write you that I am having a bit doubt that the screen that is in my monitor is the same one that was before its service. As there was the scratch on the top of the screen & that was due to the first service against my complaint N8C80401120. Now yesterday i.e. on 15th of November 2008 I got my monitor repaired by your Gurgaon service center, now what I noticed that the scratch that was before its deliver is not over there & now there are some new scratches @ the midlle of the screen & a black spot also. I am sorry to say that its highly irresponsible behaviour from LG India, as my monitor goes totally useless infact its really difficult to work on it.

Kindly look into the matter.
Hope an early action in this regard else I would have to move to some senior officials reagarding the same.

LG India — USB not working /supporting

My LCD TV model no 26LH20R : USB is given but it is not working nor appearing in the menu.

However just after use of six (6) months only it has been observed that color from the body of the refrigerator gradually peel off/come out.
Day by day the area has been increasing and now fridge has taken an ugly shape.

The matter has been informed to local agency and once again lodged once more complaint (request id c[protected]).

We were assured that the matter shall be looked into and the defective fridge shall be replaced with a new one.

You are requested to find out the reasons why color from the body of the fridge came out in spite taking all sorts of precautions for safe keeping of the fridge and as installation was done as per instruction of your guideline.

Please revert.

I have complaint about my split AC not warking your engineer has came & he told compressor is damaged and to be replace still there is no action.

Customers just keep on cribbing. We ignore all complaints from existing customers, as a matter of company policy and focus only on getting new customers. India has 1 billion peoplle. A few hundred disgruntled customers do not matter to us.

i have purchased an oven from croma centre n have complained 1 month before for replace of the part of oven which was giving out spark the member crew came but have been delaying due to prob acc to them that part is not available acc to them each time i call they say wait for 24 hrs n it has been 1 month since i have complained .

Going thru the complaints I pity the users of LG products as i too is on receiving end of atrocious after sale service being provided by LG india.

From one month i am following for the repairing the television, On 19/10/2010 i visited LG service centre in chakala & he has send one person to repair the television, but no response from the manager (manish), Snehanjali, Andheri (w), After that i was He has committed us for the replacement of our defective television. But now he is ignoring us, not even answering the call.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a LG mobile cookie KP500 IMEI- [protected], battery no.- SBPL0097701 charger no. RA[protected] on 14/07/2010. Within one month my phone started giving problem. Battery of the phone was not getting full charged. I have given my phone three times to LG service centre, MP nagar, Bhopal. They told me that they changed the motherboard of my phone, but then also problem is same. Today on28/10/10 again I have given my phone to the same service centre. Also I want to say that sir, they mishandled my phone in such a manner that the body of my phone got a lot of scratches. When I complained the madam sitting on the reception behaved very badly. She told that I can't accept that these scratches are done by us. But this is the fact sir. I want to say that sir, LG care staffs have this responsibility that whenever they complete a mobile phone at the time of delivery they must check it once. But, my phone gone there three times. Not a single repairing was done. I am hoghly harrased and need your co-operation sir. Please co-operate me and have a kind look and deatail investigation.

I, Hemant kumar purchesed a LG mobile model GB-230 on 17 Jan 2010 from Hot spot, Dwarka New Delhi. The mobile has become unserviceable in Sep 2010 and I had taken to service centre on 02 Nov 2010 to cube engineering and consultant pvt ltd Naraina industrial area. There I was misbehived and abused by a lady receptionist and I was told to get out from agencies. I tried to meet the head of the agency but I was not allowed to do so.
Sir hopefully I am looking for a decision on this matter from your end though I had made a complaint on same day but till now I am waiting for a decision. I expect that situation will not come that I should approach to Consumer Court as I am hopping a valid decision from your end.

Respected Sir,

With due regret I want to inform you that I purchased a LG Refrigerator (Model No: - GL195 NC4, Sl No. - 809NLTR 007745) on 30th September 2008 which has now tempered at the lower portion by capturing iron rust. I am facing severe problem due to that. I have purchased that product with the hope and faith of that LG product is very much long durable and renowned in its quality.

But now-a-days I have started to loose my faith on the LG product. Whatever trust I have on LG product it become totally fake.

However, for the sake of my least of trust I request you to check my LG refrigerator for single time and take necessary steps by sending a mechanic at your earliest convenience.
Hope you will realize my problem and do needful.

We have a LG T V, Which started given problem on dated-01/11/2010.After my Complaint due to your customer care a mechanic visited our residence and took the mother board the T V set on the pretext of repair and after repair they fixed up the mother board. But our problem remained the same .I do not know as to work. Your mechanic did which the mother board of my T V. For this we paid Rs.1291 /- Against
Invoice no-12543 TCR no-KGURI/B/4543 Dated-09/11/10.( B-36-37 &38 IDC Area M. G Road Opp-- Sector-14 Gurgaon- Haryana 122001 India ). But still my TV is not working.

You are requested to please into and get my T V set right.

i m sandeep sahu i hv a lg color tv . last few days ago there is a problem something in tv. when i switechid on the television there is 3 red colour mark after 5 min at automatically goes & the colour of tv is very high colour... automatically.

I brought the LG handset only because of it's promise on quick customer care / service. Now, i have given my hand set to repair to LG customer care in Noida (KUMAR SERVICES) on 24.11.2010 and today it is 13th dec 2010 till I have not received my repaired handset. It is almost 20-25 days. Is this kind of service LG provides ?? My receipt No - R[protected].


If LG takes 25 days to repair a handset, where as it promises to repair in 2 hours, then i will assure you that, I will never ever go for any LG products and will surely recommend my friends and relatives NOT TO BUY ANY LG PRODUCTS.
