Dear Sir
I invite your kind attention that I have complaint many times to the MCD (West) regarding the illegal construction of the above said address to Deputy Commissioner, Asstt. Commissioner and other senior staff of MCD West Zone but every time my complaint has got no result and all in vain.
After getting to much harassment and mental torture by owner the resident of the above said flat I am sending you the complaint regarding the serious matter.
I would like to draw your attention for the same and hope for the positive result. The owner of the Ground Floor Flat No. 204-A, GG-1, MIG, Vikas Puri New Delhi has changed all the structure of his MIG Flat and extended one extra room. Either he has not provide and RCC Beam/Pillar in the flat nor give any support to the roof. All the inner original walls of the flats has been remove which can cause a big accident and it’s the matter of the life of the other people of the adjoining neighbor. He has money and influence so he has gave bribe to the concerned department and the other concerned department.
If something will happened in this regards the concerned department can face huge problem. It our humble request to take the matter seriously and do the immediate action on the above said matter. The life of the peoples are in your hand.
You are again requested to please look into the matter and take appropriate action for the same.

The original construction to this House was done in the year 1982-83 and the foundation to this house is weak and unable to take the load of Third Floor as informed to Mr Subhash Chander Bhatia and Mr Harish Bhatia, who is illegally constructing the Third Floor. With the result the there are big cracks appearing on Ground and First Floor wall and Roof the same has been informed to MCD staff and local police but the construction work is on full swing.
In view of above we the resident and owner of the Ground and First Floor requested you to stop the illegal construction on the Third Floor and demolish the same as there is big threat to the life of several people.
Further, not taking the action and any mis-happening takes place you and your staff held directly responsible for ignoring the illegal construction.
Kindly acknowledge the receipt and take immediate action on the same.

I would like to update that I have lodge the complaint on 23 march about unauthorised construction which was going on in C-7, 254/B, Lawrence road, Keshav Puram, Delhi -35. Would like to inform you that someone constructed 2x2 feet wall on the footpath and put one idol in it just like a temple at Rani Jhansi Road near Jhandewala mandir petrol pump. There are other people who encroached the footpath which become very difficult for the pedestrian to move. With due respect, I am so sorry to report this to you that Mukherjee nagar is getting inhabitable on daily basis. I see no Authority be MCD or traffic doing their job with the required diligence.
On a daily basis, we witness illegal construction happening in our neighbourhood while authorities are just spectator to the whole thing. The whole neighbourhood is getting swamped by coaching institute and hostel in residential area which I believe MCD laws don’t allow.
The situation gets aggravated with so much traffic jams as these establishments doesn’t follows any laws and park their car on main road. I wonder why police is silent to all these. There are autos on the road (which are not permitted by size) parked in middle of road causing chaos. These events and encroachments didn’t happened overnight and can’t happen without authority support.
I am very unhappy with authority response to the whole deplorable situation and request for some serious immediate action before it completely goes out of our hand.
I am considering involving some social groups, RWA and media houses for their suggestion and awareness camps to get this process started but it can’t happen without strict authority support which I am eagerly looking forward to.

I beg to say that I Abhishek Verma resident of E-21 Sec-3 Rohini want to issue a complaint. I am sorry to disturb you all. But I don� have the correct person ID to whom I can register my complaint.
I want to tell you that our square is comprised of so much of illegal construction.
Residents of our square assumed square's public area to be their private property and extended their houses .It is reducing our square in area. We are also facing difficulty in parking vehicles outside even in front of our own houses. Moreover people constructed small gates outside their houses for extra security of themselves which are troubling other people.
This letter is not only a complaint but a request also. As our square floor condition is not good as well. It is broken from places and small pits can be seen around. In rainy days water get collected in pits and small worms, virus and mosquito's breeds there, which is a cause of many diseases and infections.
I request you please consider my complaint and take a swift action regarding this and also requesting you all too please help me on this by sending this mail to concerned department.

Residents of our square assumed square's public area to be their private property and extended their houses .It is reducing our square in area. We are also facing difficulty in parking vehicles outside even in front of our own houses. Moreover people constructed small gates outside their houses for extra security of themselves which are troubling other people.
This letter is not only a complaint but a request also. As our square floor condition is not good as well. It is broken from places and small pits can be seen around. In rainy days water get collected in pits and small worms, virus and mosquito's breeds there, which is a cause of many diseases and infections.
I request you please consider my complaint and take a swift action regarding this and also requesting you all too please help me on this by sending this mail to concerned department.
