[Resolved] My Suvidhaa.com — they are not given service | |
i complaint for installation software of suvidhaa on 8 march,2010 but no responce from suvidhaa.i phone on [protected] every day ,they tell soon they contact you within 7 days after complaint but no response from it, so kindly istall the software as soon as possible.my frenchies code-8440,om collection-sanpada. i am ravindra agarwal.i have taken "SUVIDHAA SERVVICES"in november.
but iske "naam" jaisa isme kuch nahi h.I SUGGEST ISKA NAAM VAKAI M ASUVIDHAA HONA CHAHIYE.
IS COM. KE JAISE EXU.KAHI NAHI DEKHE
MR.CHAIN SINGH HADA aise exu. h jo hame 10000 rs.m fr. offer ki hamne 8000 ki bat ki to unhone 5000
m fr. de di.hamne apni sare circle m unke baare m bat ki.unke jaisa bevkuf koi nahi.
but bevkuf vo nahi wo to over smart h hame hi bevkuf bana diya BINA BATAYE RAILWAY BAND KAR DIYA
jis din se fr.li h usi din se pareshan h.kabhi no. recharge nahi hota, kabhi ticket ka paisa refund nahi hota
phir inse "E-MAIL"ki matha PHODI karte raho.
chalo itne sab to chal raha tha BUT
koi responcibility lene ko taiyar nahi h koi bat karne ko taiyar nahi h
area sales manager bhi phone nahi uthate
mr.rakesh vyas naam h unka
kafi bar bat karne k baad ek din wo hamre pass aaye or kaha ki hum unhe mail kar de wo 3, 000 rs. m railway chalu kar denge
but wo to hame chalu bana kar chal diye
15 din ho gaye unhone phone utana band kar diya
koi to bataye kya kare
mr.vyas ne bhi or
ek mr.kunal se bat hui to unhone mr.SANJEEV ka no. nahi diya
pata nahi kya jhoo jhal chal raha h

i launch complete on 9 th april 2010 they give me complete no.(032683)
for software problem. from their side no response. after that i launch complete on 14 th april 2010 they give me complete no.(032685) .& they told me both complete solve with in 2 days. still no reply from your side.i try to call on toll free no.[protected].

I had call the customer care to reset my password they told me after conforming all my details that it will be done within 5 minutes, this 5 minutes have now gone to 5 days and not yet done.

i m requesting since 2 months about demo and new frenchise procedure but your brand name is opposite to your services. noone is caring about proper service.all the complains by the clients r tru and based on facts

Sir, LONG TIME BEFORE YOUR REP VISITED ME AND ADVICE TO JOIN SUVIDHA SERVICES FOR AIR RAILWAY TICKETTINGS AND OTHER SERVICES PRVIDED FROM YOUR GOOD ORGANISATION. SO I AGREED WITH THEM AND BUY A KIT FOR Rs 5000 (approximate). MY RETAILER KIT NO IS 31397, BUT NOBODY VISIT ME TO INSTALL IT. PLEASE DO NEEDFULL DEALINGS TO INSTALL MY SUVIDHA SOFTWARE FOR AIR RAIL RESERVATION AND OTHER SERVICES TO OUR CITY.
