[Resolved]  Myway IPTV — misleading ads , worst customer care and service

I applied for the iptv connection from myway on 20th of august.The company ppl came within half an hour i made an enquiry and mislead us of the existing facilities on the myway iptv and some how persuaded us to give them a cheque of rs 2000.they promised us it will be installed within 3 to 4 days .even after 10 days of applying there was no scene of their ppl coming to install . then finally on 2 nd september they struggled to install it but couldnt .So they came again next day installed it anyway while it was hardly watchable modem was continously hanging up and programmes freezed afer every few seconds.They assured it will be okie by the next day but actually it became worse .
Its been like fifteen days over i ve asked for a refund i also gave them a mail regarding the refund of money but neither their connection works nor do i see any chance of getting my refund back .The same ppl collects the money within half an hour of making a querry call are so reluctant to refund it back . please be aware

iptv — Non installation of IPTV

I have booked IPTV on 10th January 2009, My booking no. is[protected].It was booked by Ms.Archana.She told me that IPTV will be installed at our place within maximum 21 days.They collected the required cheque from me within 2-3 days of booking.After collection of cheque they gave no response to our booking.I use to keep on calling them to check my booking status, and there was no progess.They dont even told me any problem regarding that and even not given any satisfied answer regarded my complaint on non installation.On 17th feb, 2009 they told me that my booking has automatically cancelled.
Previously also my booking was automatically cancelled. Please consider the complaint.

Sir/Madam,
In very despair and disappointing mood I would like to draw your attention about violation of various consumer’s right by your organization .It all started when one of your salesman (Mr. Deleep Dubey) on behalf of Airtel came to my office on 16 June 2009 and offered me broadband services through landline which I eagerly accepted as I was in requirement. I completed all formalities within 1/2 hour although I was very busy at that time as I am in IOL, Mr. Deleep Dubey( +91-[protected]) promised me to install landline within 2 days and promised to complete the wiring till evening of the same day, after 1 day on wednesday i.e. 17 june 2009. When I enquired about installation he came to me and took Rs. 500/- as installation charges without any receipt and promised me to install within a day. On repeated telephonic calls he made lots of excuses for delay and promised me to get it done next hour on every calls and after that evening he haven't pick the call till now.On my last conversion with him on 16 June 2009 he told me that it is not possible to install broadband as there is some issue in scanning the caf.
In this manner Mr. Deleep Dubey on behalf of Airtel Broadband services knowingly did act of misinformation, false promise, illegally handling and overconfinement of money which causes me mental tension, anguish, wastage of money and irreparable loss of my time.
I therefore request you to enquire into matter and take neccessory action, so that dignity of your company can be maintained.

Myway — no information about the installation after 10 days also

hello sir,

after the successive calls from the executives(tele-callers) of myway-interactive video services, i responded them and obeyed to take their connection on deposit of rs 1500 on[protected], till date i haven't got any information from them, whether they are going to install my set-top-box or if any technical /manual or any other issues they are facing they have to inform the customer, that is their least manner to be maintained, BSNL services are really poor service.
if they are not capable of doing the work for the customers why should the organization still baring such guys?either they should respond him or the higher management should take necessary actions to keep the organization name and the new product in the market

Myway — No connection provided even after 10 days of booking

On 23rd August I got a call from MyWay callcenter explaining me about the ipTV services provided by them I agreed to take the connection and on the same day their executive came and collected the cheque of Rs 2000 and got a form filled and signed from me. The call center executive and the person who came to collect the cheque told me that the connection will be done within 7 to 10 days.
On 27th a person from MTNL came to my place and put a telephone wire from the junction box in my flat and told me that within a day or two some one will come and install the modem and set top box for ipTV.

Till date I have followed up with the company multile times but no body in this company knows when and how the services will be activated. This is realy pathetic that in this age a simple connection of ipTV is not getting activated by a so called service provider in even 10 days.

If this is the case before the start of the services then God knows what they will do and how they will service their customer after the services are installed and customer face some problem in the services.

Myway — regarding payment

i purchase cash iptv connection on date 30.6.09 but some technicals problem connection is not start
i registered disconnection request on date 9.7.09 and company assure you recipt refund after 15days
regarding this i do many call on[protected] everbody give assurance you receipt payment 7 to10 days please wait some days but payment is not receipt till days .

Yes...I agree to the comments made on the IPTV services. The worst helpdesk services that i have ever seen from a company. I have requested for cancellation of services so many times in 3 months time. But did't get any response from the company. I have tried calling the customer care number provided on the website but it looks like customer's have to wait for ages to get the connection to the custromer care. Looks so stupid that user has to wait for ages to get the answer from the customer care executive.

Myway — Money collected but goods not delivered

I S.Suryamohan Age 45yrs belongs from Secunderabad City residing in West Venkatapuram. On 20th Oct 2009 I and 3 of my friends have booked IPTV Connection Application Number : 10036068 of BSNL(MYWAY) Product from SMART DIGIVISION PVT LTD, Hyderabad DSA OF BSNL. We paid them Cheque Amt: Rs1, 500/- and as per their Words Installation will be done by 30th Oct 09. They even told me that if we are not happy with the Connection they will refund that amount in two days. But till today there is no Connection nor they are refunding my amount.

My Cheque got realised and My Payment Details as Follows.

iptv is absolutely miserable!!! A representative from myway iptv called me on the first week of August and advertised lots of things. By listening to his words, I thought I would give it a try. One Mr. Dinesh (Cell Number: [protected]) came to my office and given more details on it per my request. He also told that 1500 Rs deposit for a temporary connection, where I need not pay monthly charges for 3 months. Later if I would like to cancel, they would refund the money immediately, else I have to pay another Rs. 500 for the permanent connection. He also said it would take maximum of 1 week time for me to get the connection after giving the cheque.

On 21st of August, I paid the cheque for 1500. The amount has been deducted from my bank within 3 days of giving the cheque. However, to my surprise, no one has turned up nor called me. I waited for 25 days and then called Dinesh and enquired. He said he will talk to his superiors and get it done within 4 more working days. I waited for those 4 days - no one has turned up. Again called Dinesh. He has given his manager's number this time and also assured me of getting it done in another 1 more week's time. I spoke to his manager and he also told the same thing. Then on October 15th, some one called me and told it would take another 10 more days. Now I told him to cancel my request and send my cheque back. He assured me that within 1 week I will be getting my cheque.

I waited till 3rd Nov. Nothing has been done!!! Now I called Dinesh once again. He just said, "Sir, you need not call me again. Call customer care". What a reply!!!
I called his manager Sridhar (Cell Number: [protected]). After listening to me for 5 minutes about my complaints, he disconnected the call. I tried calling again; but he never picked up the phone. I called customer care and got a response from them that my cheque has been created on 1st of November.

However, today is 11th November - 2 months and 20 days after I have given my cheque. I DID NOT receive their cheque yet!

I have never seen such an irresponsible and cheating company!!! Not the question of 1500 Rs. (There are many times I have contributed more than 25000 for charities and for the disabled), but its the question of trustworthiness!

Even if they install it the service will be very poor.

my way iptv — no connection after payment since 3 months whereas promised in 5 days

i had recieved a call from iptv saying that they are in collabration with mtnl and are providing iptv services, to confirm i visited there website i.e. http://mywaytv.in when i was convincied i paid by cheque for two connections, i was promised that the cheques would be presented after the connection is made, i did my booking on 29/9/09 and my caf nos are 014230 & 014231 the cheques were debited from my account but they havent given me the connection till date, i have called the office on there toll free no, they give me assurences but no result, i tried to call there regional office also many times - these people were rude and were not ready to listen insted they said do what ever you want to do the connection will happen when it has to happen, i have tried all that i could but in vain

My way is totally fraud company and they dont hv money to work.they never send ur money back.And they also wont give you proper reply and their company who is taking care of their process name is stpl is also very poor and fullfill of mti employee like priyanka , gaurav,and south indian joy................

I have taken myway iptv demo & deposited Rs 1500 as security .I am not interested &want to surrender .Please ,arrange to collect your set topbox and return the security deposit.at the earliest.

mor than 3 months over but still they did not refund my money of 1000/- deposit refund even after repeated reqest to send ,they too told that they wii be sending ,but no traces of refunds with interest.

Myway IPTV — NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY TAKEN AS SECURITY

I took Bsnl Myway Iptv connection in September 2009.I paid an amount of Rs.1500 as security deposit & they promised me that they will refund my money when i cancel the connection.As it is not working i have canceled the connection with in 20 days.But till now they didn't send my money.Recently i got a call from Myway Iptv technician to return their iptv setup box.It is the only gaurantee for reimbursement of my money.I also have the receipt of money for what i have paid.There is no response also, from the Myway customer care.
Sir,please take action on it.They are misleading the people by giving the ads.

myway iptv — IPTV not Installed

Dear Sir,

This is Sudarsana Rao from Hyderabad and my landline no is[protected]. I paid 1700/- for the installation on January 12th. I was told that MyWay IPTV would be installed with in 10 days. I called to customer service and lodged many complaints but so far no response from MyWay IPTV. Everytime they were saying that i would be provided with IPTV Services with in 6 days. Even today I called and they are repeating the same. Please lodge a complaint against MyWay IPTV and help me to get back my money. I have all bills.

my way iptv — No refund

I was promised by myway iptv sales representative for providing 3 months trial of TV cable service through BSNL internet without any charges, on refundable deposit of Rs. 1500/- for set top box. I have paid Rs.1500/- by cash. They have collected Rs.50/- per month towards rent of set top box which was not informed while taking connection. Also, the connection was so poor that internet broadband service got interrupted quite often. I have already placed a request to remove the connection and to take away their equipment many number of times. But the equipment is still with me and i have not received my refundable amount of Rs.1500. Whenever i make a call to their call center, i get a different response.

Their customer management system at Hyderabad is so poor that they still call me on the landline and request me to take a new IPTV connection.
