[Resolved]  Naaptol — Non Delivery of Product and Cheating

Dear Sir/Madam

I respectfully submit that I, N.V.R.Kumar, Hr-6-3-352/, Osmana Plaza, Road.No.1, Banjara hills, Nagarjuna Circle, Hyderabad-500034. And I am working as Manager HR in Loft (now store name changed as Centro). When I searching for dual sim mobile phone in internet I was inspired by one website name as NAAPTOL. The website has offered so many items sale through Credit Card payment mode. In this way i too paid Rs.1600/- for Sigmatel Fashion Dual Sim Mobile on 15th December 2009 with Order ID # 123296. Surprisingly i have received the cell but it was not what I choosed one. I made a call to the Naaptol customer care dept. according to their guidelines I have sent back the product through Blue Dart Courier and it was received by Mr.Praveen of Naaptol on 28th Dec.2009.

On that day onwards I have made several STD calls regarding my mobile. Still today they are not reacting and not give any positive reply.

It is therefore I request you sir, please file a complaint against www.naaptol.com ph.no.[protected] under IPC and Cyber Laws and render justice.

I already informed the same to Mumbai Police through email, they have given an complaint ID:19039.

naptol (boss33 sleek mobile) — replacement of defective phone

on 12th of april i had order a mobile on 16 i recieve the defective product and on the same day i had returned to the naptol by frist filght but till now i had not recieved my replacement product

i purchased Boss 33 - Ultra Sleek Mobile of Boss company of india from naaptol.com on 30 May,2010. they deliver handset in just 3 days to my home but when i opened box i found charger pin is damaged, so i request to replace charger on 3rd june 2010 with request number 136601 they told me about 7-10 days to deliver new charger but then i again call customer care center for progress then each time they told me for next 7 days now after 8 days they also told for next 7-10 days...

so by this way naaptol.com just cheat and giving trouble to customer only.. because they need only 3-4 days to deliver new product but if customer have any problem then they are not giving proper watch.. and main thing is that boss company pass the defected product without fully checking all the items..

i got very very bad experience from naaptol.com never purchase things from naaptol.com

They sold me a lamp which on request was home delivered. The people who got it home unpacked it and while trying to put it in, the lamp did not work. They have taken the piece back and not repaired it and not even called. Money has also not been returned.. Cheaterss...

My Boss mobile handset is defective. Unnecessary fluctuating noise is created for both incoming and outgoing calls.

So I returned it to Aditya Infotech, Bank street KOTI, Hydrabad .by professional currier . But when I id not get any reply i cotacted your customer care and and ihave sent aproof of delivery by fax . NAAPTOL — not giving proper response

the complaint is regarding naaptol whose product is not in proper condition and after giving for replacement they are not respopnding t all and my product no is 1467883. please look into this matter sir .

I bought this mobile from Naaptol as per the details exhibited on their website (http://www.naaptol.com/price/20002-BlackBerry-8830-Mobile-with-GPS.html). It was supposed to be a brand new Blackberry device which could be used on any network. There was clearly no mention that the device may be locked, refurbished or not usable on any network. I was unable to use the Blackberry services on the shipped piece on Vodafone GSM network. My company’s technical team and Vodafone executive confirmed that the Blackberry 8830 handset purchased by me from Naaptol was locked for use with a foreign service provider and could not be used on their network. I was now stuck with a useless device. Naaptol Team had not helped me at all when I requested them to organize a reverse pickup and either refund my money or deliver a new, unlocked Blackberry deice in lieu of this one. Instead, I was asked to approach their supplier, who was not the original party I dealt with, or paid to. Later, I was asked to send back the phone to the supplier on 12th April, and I did so at my own cost. The product was received on 13th April by the supplier but till date I have not heard from the supplier or Naaptol. I have written numerous mails to Naaptol's team including the CEO. Naaptol is basically not acting in an ethical, consumer friendly or responsible manner.

I ordered for Product Easy Home - Mini Silai Machine + Desire Slicer & Dicer Combo and Order Amount Rs. 2298.00, but I received defective product,
I sent back them and this is second month I did not get again, even they did not give proper information.

Naaptol.com Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product. I received your mail message then i went to the nearest BLUE DART COURIER but they are not taking your product {Mini Silai Machine Combo}. The Blue Dart Courier people say that they want your company instructions letter and Mail Message them. The warranty period is also coming to end, I have Mailed Messages you many times but there is no reply from you sir. You have given some CENTRALIZED A/C NO: 113260, MODE “D P” and ORDER NO: 1598261 on dated[protected].
I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.

I have ordered for LEPHONE A1 model on i recieved the product 21/11/2009 and once the delivery boy took the cash n left, i opened the box and found that the phone is not even getting switched on ...it is been soo long time..we tried all the ways of contacting them.they disconected our calls and never responded to any complaint given.i have everything packed the same way.i wanted them to take that back and return my 5000/- Rs that i paid towards getting that phone.My order no.103739

I have ordered NOKIA BH-505 Bluetooth head set which is duplicate in viewing n not working perfectly...its looking as used product n not a original nokia product.
I have compared this product with original NOKIA BH-505, its totally different in sound clarity n all.
The devices has problem in charging.
No accessories provided which were provided in original one.

I have ordered for the leather purse which had a offer of buy 1 get one free offer. i placed the order at the end of Jan month and i got it in the beginning of Feb month but the product was altogether different stain less purse. when i called and complained about that they told if you are not happy with the product you can return the same we will be refund the amount. i returned and it reached there on March 20th. Till now i have not got my amount back. So kindly help me in getting my money back at the earliest.
