[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

I had bought nokia 7210 supernova mobile on june.13.2009 after that its charging point does not works properly and its disply switch off some times. I had send it to your nokia care for repair for 2-5 times but it problem does not solve.so, i want replacement.

I had given my nokia handset 5130 on 17th aug now also they said in this mobile repairing as going on day by day increasing the time now also not repair and take time to repair in10 days.
i ant new handset in replace with my nokia 5130.
i totally agree towards the complaint.
I have given my nokia N70 mobile for repair nokia care nehru ground faridabad. my cell phone has some problem that screen is cuming white and the Loudspeaker gets activated itself between the call and call disconnects .
First problem is resolved second one still persists but i got my mobile with changes front panel and key pad. I have not even removed panel screen lamination till now and my clean panel is replaced with a third class old panel and keypad.
When i complaint the manager that this thing has happened . he said this cant happen this is your panel we cant trust customers and blah blah ..

this is just height that a person comes to nokia care on trust and this quality of service is provided to customer is not appreciated for such a brand name .

nokia 6210 navigator — Repairing/Replacement

I sumitted my Defected mobile nokia 6210 nevigator on dated 08/09/09 to nokia care center distt. Khandwa (M.P.) till today i.e. 05/10/09 niether repair defected piece nor replaced.
my nokia 6210 nevigator I.M.E. No. is [protected]. Perhaps Nokia Care Center of Khandwa has been sent this defected piece to Delhi Center for repair/replacement.
Long time passed I havnt received my mobile...so please send my mobile after repair/replacement as soon as possible.

I purchase N 72 on 9.11.2008 from Hotspot Mobile store Noida but last three month usme kuch na kuch problem lagi hue thi maine es mobile ko 25 August 2009 ko Mannat Telecom, C-10 sec-10 Noida k service centre me diya My job Sheet No[protected]/090825/55 and EMEI No-[protected] kyonki isme memory card read karna band kar diya tha to sevice centre walo ne kaha ki wo mera set nex week de denge tab se main continuous wanha contact kar rahi hu par wanha se koi proper response nahi mil raha pehle to wanha koi phone pick nahi karta or wanha jab bhi jao to wo kehte hai next week tak aaega unhone ye bhi kaha ki ye set repair nahi ho pa raha to wo ise change karke denge isme time lagega maine wanha [protected] (AJay Singh ) se continuous baat ki to wo har baar ye hi kehte ab 45 days k baad wo log kehte hai ki unhone is phone ki warrentte khatm kar di hai maine Mr Shailender -[protected] se bhi baat kari par koi proper response nahi kar rahe or ab to wo log phone bhi pick nahi kar rahe mujhe lagta hai mere phone k saath service centre walo se mishandling hue hai hope you will see to it and will take necessary steps soon please solve my problem as soon as possible

Its me prem chettri from Shillong. Here the functioning of NOKIA CARE is not good. My hand set Nokia 3110c started showing a problem just after 8 month of its purchase so i took my handset to Nokia Care Shillong from where i got my hand set after 3month. But happiness of receiving my set was only momentary as the handset started showing the same problem so once again just after 15 days of receiving my mobile once again i took my set to Nokia care on 31st July 2009. Since that date i have not yet received my handset. moreover when ever i call them first they will tell, " you can come and collect your mobile". but when in reach there they use to tell, " we have not yet receive your handset"" this careless performance of NOKIA CARE in Shillong made me call them, """ NOKIA CARELESS"""".

NOKIA-5800 XPRESS MUSIC — LCD /VIRUS

Highly dis-satisfaction ---visited twice Nokia Care MODCAD SERVICES at Faridabad.

First time they upgrade the soft ware and remove the virus but after two days LCD is not working .
Again ,I went to Same center they said you have to keep phone for 15-20 days ,it will send to Nokia company.But they have refused to write the delivery date and also refused to give me loan hand sett.

I have been there for half an hour,I have observed that thier behaviour is rood towards the customers and all the customers were highly dis-satisfied.

i purchace nokia3110c IMEI-[protected] on 19/08/07. it have problem in camera and internal memory .so i sumit my headset to urs custmer care.they swap my headset N they give me nokia3110c[swap set] IMEI-[protected] on 01/10/07 after 1-2 month again headset haveing same camera n internal memory problem.
Again i have sumited my swap headset on 02/01/08 n jobseet no.[protected]/080102/118 at urs costumer care (ADRESS GIVEN AT LAST).They give me back my handset with giving me fake answer so that i could not repaired urs handset n swap.I am fedup from problem in MY handset.So it is request pl help me n reply me soon

sir my name is Rama Thakur I have purchased Nokia 7310 Supernova model on 31 Dec 2008 Emi [protected].after purchasing within six months a software problem occured in my set in June and i gave it to nokia care in Solan for repair.within 15 days of repair again the hardware and software problem occured in my set and again i gave it to nokia care for repair and the jobsheet no is 1926 and i got it back after one month and now again the hardware and software problem has occured . please take the appropriate step towards this complaint ohterwise i have to knock the door of the Consumer Court.

Nokia-E51 — switches off after 2-3 calls

HI, I had given my hanset(under warrenty) to your Muvattupuzha SC,Kerala,India on 24/09/09. they said they will return it in 12-13 days after sending to Delhi for repair. Today is 16th day and when i contacted, they are asking me to contact Delhi, and your Delhi No. is switched off. Is this the response to a customer from a company like Nokia ? Anyway I need my handset back after repairing immediatly. I am very much dissastified with your srvice people and their response. Dear Sir, I have submitted my Head Set (nokia 5310) at Nokia Care Centre in GEE MOBILE (Jalandhar) Punjab. on 13 aug.Inspite of regular visits to Nokia Care i have not got my handset and not even replacement hanndset till now.The officials do not give any positive response about the matter.My complaint no.registered in the Nokia Help Line is : 1- [protected].
