[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

Dear Sir,

I purchased a new NOKIA N70 mobile set on Nov., 08. I faced a problenm with handsfree. So I had depositted the handsfree to Nokia Care ( Sheetla WLL Service, Gurgaon) on 1st April, 09 for warranty replacement whose MEI No. is [protected] & Job No. is 11543352.7/090401/74 and Nokia Care executives committed me to returned back the new one with in a couple of weeks, but till now i haven't received a new one.

I did follow up also by personal visit and phone calls to the owner- Mr. Kataria & his assistant Ms. Rupali, but they respond that the model of hansfree i.e. AD-41, HS-28 is not available in their stock.

It has been passed near about 7 months for submitting my Phone's handsfree and still i haven't get repaired one or damaged handsfree from that side.

In other way it;s the harrasment of customers who are buying the Nokia phones.

Could u pls. suggest me to wom i have to complaint or by which way i can get the same.

I was submitted my mobile 3110c on16sep2009. after some days they told me you will get replacement .after 48 days i went to nokia care for take my mobile but they give me old nokia 3110c. it was not new and it's body was scrached . they r not giving me new mobile.what shood i do.

NOKIA/ Nokia N73 — Complaining about bad service of nokia service center.

Regret to inform you that I purchased N73 ON 29TH October 2008 from hot spot in chandigarh .It worked really well for few months but it started troubling me after that..I Have given my phone for repairing on 22/sep/09...and it has been more than 1 month they have not return me my phone back....The problems which i was facing was->>while talking on phone it suddenly switched off instead of full battery and the other is the Joystick problem..I was facing many problems because of that.So I went to the nearest nokia center,SCO=2901-02,sector 22C,,Chandigarh;I also called 5 TIMES to the MANAGER of that branch(MR. MANJIT SINGH) BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE..And one more thing i want to tell you when i ask them that wen can i take my phone back so they said me that after 2 days..i ask them twice sure sir..they said yes..yess..so now its been 45 days...

I request u as my phone enjoys the gaurranty period please replace it as soon as possible

I M SUFFRING FROM THE TWO PROBLEMS OF NOKIA 3110C. ONE IS THE VOICE INCLERTY AND SECOND IS THE SWITCH OFF AND HANGING PLZ DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND REPLY FAST.

Nokia E 71 — below average handset quality

Two black spots appeared on the panel which are increasing day by day. As the warranty was still alive I approached Nokia Care. I was told that thsi a cosmetic problem which is not covered under the warranty. I e-mailed the problem to Nokia but received the same reply. A company like Nokia who claims that they always sell a quality product even don't regret about the poor quality. After paying 20000/- Rs. what I own is a GARBAGE/JUNK/THIRD CLASS PRODUCT.
mare pass nokia1200 mobile phone hai. phone ke msg box se main picture msg se kuch picture delete karana chahata hui.but i'nt do it. please healp me.

I have purchased nokia 5130c-2 about 8 months back, and i am having problem related booting since then. Every time i go to nokia care they just update the software and give the hanset back.
And in every 15 days i am going through the same problem. It basically hangs and doesnt get started up and shows blank display. I went to the nokia care in mumbai at vashi also i went to sameer care in bhopal a number of times. So kindly try and resolve my problem.
my husband has gifted me nokis 5310 on my birthday.i started using it, .within 15 days its screen disply damaged.two black lines are displayed on screen.as it is in warranty period i went to nokia care at ghatkopar to repair my phone.At nokia care they said that they don't have this model at display.so they asked me to call back in next week.but since then it has been almost one and a half month they are not having 5310 at display.i got frustrated bcoz its my new phone and am not able to use it as it has to be repaired.nokia service is just worst.i will suggest everyone don't buy nokia phone at all.they don't provide after sale service properly.i have got the bad experience with nokia.worst thing is this that their is no one to listen to customer problems.

The power key of my n73 was nt working.
So i went to nokia care at tudor airlink, begum bridge, meerut on 11nov 2009.
They made an estimate of rs 500 for replacing the switch since the set was out of warranty.
When i got d phone after making the payment of rs 500, i opened it n was shocked to see that only a solder had been made instead of changing the switch.
I went to nokia again but got only 200rs returned.
So beware of nokia care's authenticity.they r making fool of the customer
Me krishanu kundu, my handset no 5310 xpress music, faced a problem in hardware and submit the phone in nokia care in chinsurah, but they could't repair it, showing me where is problem they broke a lock of my handset facial, and return me saying that "we can't do anything". they also created problem in my phone's camera. I suffering all that problem till now.

NOKIA/5310 — false charges from nokia care

i repaired my phone from nokia care malviya nagar bhopal m.p. india,in waranty period,my phone stillin warranty.prom root cause was liquid insertion in phone so they ask me 800 rs for repaire it,i accepted.they given back my phone in same days and assured me that every thin is fine,they didnt back my battery and toldme that itwilltake some time to change,when they given me battery i feel that my phones keypad is not working,i told them the same they replied that on friday that it will take 4 days becauseof weekend,because i had to go out of the town they told me that come back and make it fix.now wen i go to the center they ask me for 1200 rs and revealing same problem,my battery is not backing up even an hour now.what shold i do,pls suggest.

I have purchased my mobile 3110 from Nokia priority Centre before 2 months . In my lead has no sound so i had given my lead to shop but shop keeper has no recd it and say me it's not in my duty and return me my lead. so pls give me any good advice.
