Dear Sir,
I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 5610d-1, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 358652013624412, PRODUCT CODE – 552318, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSN) on 02.02.2008 from Paragon Shop, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off. This handset has been sent more than three times to Nokia service centre (Rama telecom) at Udaipur, Rajasthan, but the problem still persists. Here I would like to mention that this service centre is around 15 kms from the place where I stay. It’s really problematic and very tiring for me to go to the shop after the regular office work. For my official work I have to travel a lot in different parts of India, where mobile is an absolute necessity to keep a track with the clients and also with office. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected.
Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.
I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.
In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.

I purches one nokia model 5235 from a retail shop from Guwahati Assam one month back but now the vibration not working, i give it to the service centre and they sade it will take time around 20 days and take it back from service centre, if i wait for 20days only for vibration mode not working then what will happen if some major folt will came?

Dear sir,
I purchased a new nokia c5 mobile two weeks ago from the day of purchase phone is automatically switches off and sometimes it turns ON automatically but after that it turn oFF permamtely.so i visited the nearest nokia care center and they sent the mobile to the company after that they servised the mobile and call me to receive even though the same problem persist so i once again give to the customer care center still i didn't receive the mobile but if face the same problem can i ask them to replacemnt of the mobile if they don't what i have to do.

this is very shameful that such a big brand is making so complicated mobile, we purchased x6 nokia mobile on 23 .oct. 10 . we are unable to use any ovi feature as it was mentioned boldly that for one year download any music for free. there are no wall papers, screansavers or any basic things in this mobile. i think these mobiles r only made for sofware engg. this was a real waste of time and money. many times we called {my ref. no. is 1/11253889360}.nokia help centre or to the purcase showroom that is tgip noida. there is no one to listen the complaints . within one week we went to replace this mobile but they said it is not possible. the help line staff also don, t know anything what to do.we called them many time which was a real waste of time.
i will suggest everyone not to ever purchase nokia mobile.

I am sorry to inform you that my instrument no………Nokia 5233- IMEI 358321034941-334 purchased on April 19, 2010 is giving problems:
1. LCD DISPLAY IS NOT PROPER – CHARACTERS NOT VISIBLE
The engineer at your service centre (copy enclosed) falsely mentioned as Liquid Logged whereas it is not the case. It was a dry and sealed set.
I was charged extra Rs 55 for this. This is a wrong billing and I request you to instruct him to refund the money and set the instrument right.

From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off, Haning, Speaker Problem, Full Body Loose, and so & so This handset has been sent more than five times to Nokia service centre (Rama telecom) at Udaipur, Rajasthan, but the problem still persists. i am vijidharan, i bought nokia c5- 03 in poorvika mobiles, chennai, it is a shit, only two days, the problem arises, it will automatically switch off ant restart, at that time one black line moves in the screen, i gave for about five times in nokia care for service,
but also the problem arises, is there any option to change this mobile...
any one help me, its a waste off 9500 inr.

I want to tell you about my experience with Nokia. Current experience is very – very bad with Nokia. I could not think that it could be happen with a new buying cell phone.
I bought a Nokia 5233 – EMI 356932034308696 (buying date 19/09/2010)
When I was buying this phone I was very happy because -1st before 5233 I have been using N- 70 and I was satisfied with phone. 2nd I was buying a Nokia product -Nokia mean quality and Product/Service.
After buying this phone I have been regular facing problem with my phone for last 4-5 months and this is very funny that you could not solve my problem in 6-7 times may I know how many times I have to go in Nokia care????????? I think according to your service and policy I should buy a home near any Nokia care because you are not proving good service.
Problem: - Hang when I activate call waiting (if I am talking on phone and another call comes than it hangs. If I received 10 call 2 times it will hang.
Battery back up: - Low battery back up and I have been facing new problem since 5th may - I charge my mobile in morning in evening I always see full battery but when I wakeup in next morning –Mobile switch off because of battery discharge. I just talk 15 – 20 minutes only in a day why it happening??? In 1st month I was getting battery backup of 3-4 days and now just a day even not 24 hrs.
6-7 times I have given my mobile in Nokia care, 2 times they sent my mobile in your head office but my problem is still same.
Can you understand my problem????????????????????
How many times I have to go Nokia care. I think this is very bad service of Nokia.
I want to know why you don’t solve my problem. When I go to Nokia care I take half day off from my office how many times I have to go Nokia care???
This is mentally and physical torcher and it is given by Nokia Company. Now your should change the mobile phone.
I PAID MONEY FOR BRAND NEW AND GOOD MOBILE NOT FOR TENSION/ NOT FOR THIS TYPE OF MOBILE.

Same on you Chinese mobile company is providing better service than you .Next time I will look for change in mobile company. Now you give me answer of my question that are you changing my mobile phone or I should look for another option like Consumer Court.
I don’t want to go Nokia care again and again I request to you please think seriously about my problem. I am not fool / Mad who is going Nokia care again and again. I waste my money / waste time I got mentally tension so pleaseeeeeeeeeeee take a good action.

Battery back of my phone: - In First and second months 3-4 days.
After 3 months just ONE DAY. I gave my mobile three times in Nokia care (Gupta Associates Vaishali SEC – 4 Ghaziabad ) but they could not solve my problem .
Please note: - Problems with my 5233
1. FM is not clear.
2. Low battery backup
3. Hang when I activate call waiting.
I have been regular facing problem with my phone for last 2-3 months and this is very funny that you could not solve my problem in THREE TIME may I know how many times I have to go there ????????????? How many time I have to waste with NOKIA???
Should I buy Nokia in future ?????????
When I gave last time my phone in Nokia care they sent my phone on higher level after some days I received a feed back call – Is your phone working well I said no she said now come in Nokia care deposit your mobile we will give your new .
I don’t need new but you should do well my mobile or extend my warranty.

Please let me know what you can do in this case. Please help me in this, take a good action for feeling good with Nokia as before because before 5233 I was using N 70
and I was happy with N 70. Now I don’t want to go Nokia care again. My time is very costly.

I have bought one Nokia C3-00 model from THE MOBILE STORE at
Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu on 18th june 2011. within 20 days, the navigation key of the
handset is getting faded and becoming rust in colour. When I asked about this
at The Mobile Store, S.N. High Road, Tirunelveli Branch, everybody is telling
the same reason that it was manufacturing defect and they can't do anything
for that. When i went over to the Nokia Care Centre, they are simply telling that,
such problems may occur if the users use the mobile continuously. Isn't it very
rediculous? I need immediate solution for this problem and Nokia Mobile Company's
proper action against The Mobile Store, Tirunelveli for their irresponsible answers.

Dear Sir,
I am Gothai Subramanian, working as a Computer Teacher in Kings English School, Vallioor, Tamil Nadu, India.
My brother had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name – NOKIA X2-03) from Singapore, when he had gone in tourist visa.
From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off during the call talk. After one month of purchase it switched off like the same and I could not switch it ON from that day onwards. This handset has been sent more than two times to Nokia service centre at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu and Chennai, Tamil Nadu, but they told this may be a software problem because it is installed as Singapore version, that we could not load here. In Tirunelveli center they told it may be a minor manufacturing problem. I really afraid to give this new handset to other service persons because they may steel the costly parts if I give for repair.
It is really hurting and painful for me because my brother gave me a nice gift and at present it is not working even then we paid more around 10 thousands.
Due to this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

I bought my phone on 2nd april 2012. Within 3days it started giving me troubles.The phone kept hanging all the time.I went to the shop from where I bought it and they just reset it through factory re-set option.
The frequency reduced but the problem of my phone getting hanged persists. Sometimes it does not respond to touch on the scree.
Since day before yesterday (22nd may 2012) night my phone started switching on and off all the time on its own because of which the battery goes dead. Since yesterday (23rd may 2012) the phone does not even get charged.
Its been less than two months and my phone is as good as a dead box.
I bought my phone from The MobileStore Limited, Opp. Ramaiah hospital, Bangalore
I hope a quick and positive response as soon as possible.

I visited nokia care, they told me that i have to submit my set ( in Four TIME).but it will create a great problem for me because my patient contact me always for advice.

I purchased nokia piece model no: C2-03 ON MAY 7TH 2012, ON JULY 25 2012 THERE IS PROBLE WITH DISPLAY I WENT TO NOKIA CUSTMER CAE AT AMERPET, HYD and told them that on display am not able to see anything and they are saying that you pressed hardly
I am saying that it touch screen when it will not move up and down we want to press little bit hard, when we use other mobile like Samsung we can use it any way even it will fall down it will work nice that means nokia manufacturing is defect they don’t know who to make touch screen product
Nokia care employees are simply saying that don’t keep in pocket don’t press that means they are saying keep in locker and they charge me 1200 rupees even those it is in warranty period
1200 is nothing to me I will escalate to public, media, new paper, friend and also go consumer court.

I purchased Nokiac2-00 d.grey from your authorized shop at Jaipur named as samarth lifestyle retailing pvt ltd, jayanti bazar M.I . ROAD Jaipur.
The handset having the problems i.e. during use of phone shows connection error and disconnect the phone, further during use of the phone some time the voice not heared and low battery backup. Regarding these complaints I went to Nokia Care (Unnati Sales), Subhash Nagar Shopping Centre, Jaipur many time and my phone retain by the
Nokia Care. During this period I face many problems without phone without phone my professional work is suffer.
