Dear Sir,

I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 5610d-1, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– [protected], PRODUCT CODE – 552318, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSN) on 02.02.2008 from Paragon Shop, Udaipur, Rajasthan.

From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off. This handset has been sent more than three times to Nokia service centre (Rama telecom) at Udaipur, Rajasthan, but the problem still persists. Here I would like to mention that this service centre is around 15 kms from the place where I stay. It’s really problematic and very tiring for me to go to the shop after the regular office work. For my official work I have to travel a lot in different parts of India, where mobile is an absolute necessity to keep a track with the clients and also with office. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected.

Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.
In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.

Nokia Mobile — providing insufficient service

Sir,
I buy nokia handset (nokia 5800 xpress music) from solapur on 09.07.2010
from 02.08.2011 my cell phones display not working so visited to nokia Authoried service centre and ask them can this display changed in warrant period, but they didnt tell any thing, They just gave me one reciept with phone no and told me to came after 8 days.
After that i visit nokia care today(10.08.2011) for asking is the display avelible
then they ask me for handset and told me came after 8 days.
If they want my handset then why not they take from me on 02.08.2011? why they said me came after 8 days??
Please help me..

Nokia Mobile — Replace the mobile part

Dear Sir,

I have Nokia C5-00 mobile phone and my complain is the Nokia Authorized Service Center at Navrangpura - Ahmedabad - they replace my Bluetooth part and they delivered to me my handset with damage part without any genuine reason.

They charge Rs. 496/- instead of Rs. 100/- which was mention in Jobsheet Number:[protected]/110816/59.

I send a e-mail to Nokia support team and I call to the customer care also. but till time I don't get proper reply.

Due to software & Liquid Logged problems I take visit Nokia Care Service Centre on on 16th Aug 2011 at
BOHRA SERVICES - Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

& they give me delivery of my handset on 17th Aug 2011.

I am not satisfied with this:

Job Sheet Number:[protected]/110816/59

(1) They identified symptoms Power doesn't switch on and water inside.
(2) Estimated Value Rs. 100/- .

## They are not give me any information in written on job sheet or verbally at the time of delivery that in this handset Bluetooth is not working due to this water logged problem.
## Before Bluetooth is working condition. And the technical engineer also not identify any problems at the time of giving job sheet also.

## They replace this Bluetooth part because its not cover under the warranty and now they are saying that the cost of this part is Rs. 4,500/- approx. How its worth. The handset cost is Rs. 7200/- approx and its not cover under the warranty.

## They give me hand written bill amount Rs. 496/- (450/- + tax 46/-) instead of Rs. 100/- written on job sheet.

I call to the Nokia Customer Care they give me a reference no.1-[protected] because they are not taken my complain.

This is not my fault I am 100% sure that your technical team not identify any problems in the Bluetooth. That means Bluetooth is 100% working condition in my handset. This is done by someone by intentionally or by human error or by mistake.

Please do needful. I wants satisfactory response form your side.

Still date I do not get any reply from Nokia Care - Customer Service.
I face this problems from 17th Aug 2011 on-words. I put my quarry on Nokia's official website - support link on the same day. I registered my complain on Nokia's Customer Service - call center on the same day.

Note:

I have no problem either its covered under the warranty or not covered.
I have no problems to send my device to your nearest branch in Ahmedabad or I am ready to send my device to your postal address - please give me your address.
I am not ready to visit same or any other Authorized service centre till time when you get solved this all issue.

Why they change my bluetooth part and why they charge 5 times more amount...??

I already take visit the same authorized service center but I get answer is the service engineer or technical person does not inform you that's not a our ( Service Center) issue. If you (me) wants to solved this problem then you (me) have to pay Rs. 4200/- or 4500/- for the Bluetooth part.

My question is:

Why they are not inform to me at the time of inspection or at the time of repairing or at the time of delivery...??
Why they generate two different job sheet one is with Nokia Sr. No. and another with the name of service center, The thing is that they given a Nokia Job sheet only to the customer...why they do scuh a things and why the make a two different job sheet for the same problems and same time...??
Why the does not handover both copy of job sheets to the customer...??
Why they charge 5 times more amount instead of which are mentions in Nokia's job sheet with written Sr. No.

..??

Nokia Mobile — A criminal information

My Nokia mobile set perhaps used by HUBBA SHAYMAL. I purchased a Nokia set **** series from Nokia Priyority Shop at Uttarpara, G.T. Road 18 months ago. This mobile was theft from my house 10 months ago. I stay under Uttarpara Police Station area. I live in 1st floor (DO-TALA) of my house. Previous last summer one day I went to sleep at night (1 am) with my Nokia mobile set beside my pillow (gave alerm in my mobile at 7:15am). My bed is just beside the open window. Wake up at morning (6:25 am) I don't found my mobile and a office bag (which was kept beside the window). Calling from my 2663**** home landline at 7:15-> "This mobile is switched off" message heard. Again at 7:20-> "This number is not reachable" message heard (when SIM detach from my set this msg given).

I went Uttarpara Police stn. at 11 am. with a letter requesting for FIR. The policeman in front sent me to MEJOBABU (Mr. R**) sitting in officers room. The non-bengali policeman didn't receive my FIR telling me about the vast number of complain on mobile theft. I repeatedly tell him that this is not a pick-pocket on the road. It is a burglary from my house.

Showing him the mosquito net which was cut by any sharp tools, I told that I was feeling insecuirity. He (police) dictated another letter for General Diary and for GDE number (subject matter was- mobile untress where I kept at the time of my sleeping) attaching the purchase bill of mobile containing IMEI number.

I think my loving mobile set wouldn't migrated from Serampore Sub Division or Bally. Perhaps it'll use for criminal activities in the near future.

Nokia — MOBILE GETTING HANGED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM PURCHASE

This is in reference with Nokia Mobile Handset – E6-00
I Prathmesh Apishte had purchased Nokia –E6-00 dated 7th Aug 11 from Magnet Electronix Mega Store, Vile Parle, and Mumbai-400056, Bill No: vpm4/16641
After a week (From the date of purchase-7th Aug 11) on 13th of Aug, the handset has started getting hanged and getting automatically switched off on regular basis.
I have lodged the complained on 16th Aug (Complaint No:[protected]/110816/202) in Nokia care centre, Prime Mall Vile parle(w),Mumbai-56 ,they have took the mobile from me and sent it to your Head
Office, the issue gets resolved on 30th Aug 11 and they had handed over the handset to me on 31ST Aug11
After 2-3 hours (after receiving the handset) again the same problem was occurring.
Again I have lodged the 2nd complained on 2nd of Sept-11(Complaint No:[protected]/110902/1) but still there has been no response from your end
I really fed up with your services, now I wanted to be my handset gets changed or eles return my money back.
This is the pathetic service I had received from your end by paying Rs.18000/- for the handset still I am without handset as I had no clue about what I have to do further.
I really appreciate the kind of service I am getting from you people from last 1 month, because of you people I am without the handset from last one month
Kindly intervene in this matter
i have sent the mail on 12th of Sept about the same issue on their mail id ,still there has been no revert from their side ,

request you to look into this matter as earliest,without a handset it is very diffcuilt for me to leave a life.

I had purchased New handset of Nokia & model num is Nokia C2-02 Imei No. [protected] from Nokia care at Faridabad sector 16, before 20 days back i have purchased that ph but now i am facing many problem with that set, Mobile touch & keys not working & also mobile some time i have noticed that ph was dead, nothing is working some time..how can it is possible with new handset. dan i have gone your service cents at Faridabad sector 16, they told me some of parts of mobile is to be changed but at that time they don't have part of Nokia C2-02.

I VISITED 3 TIMES TO HYPERCITY AND NOKIA CARE CENTRE , THEY CHANGED THE BATTERY AND UPDATED THE SOFTWARE ALSO. BUT STILL IT IS NOT WORKING WELL , I REQUESTED THEM TO CHANGE THE DEFECTED MOBILE SET. BUT THEY SAID IT IS NOT POSSIBLE AND THEY ADVISE ME TO GO THAT CENTRE THOSE CENTRE.
