EPFO BANDRA MUMBAI — Non receipt of PF Claim

This is to infrom u that my provident fund account no is MH/46747/9332 and i have recevied only Pension Amount (Form 10C) Rs. 25,388/- Ch No. 334434 dt. 20.08.2010 and amt of FF Amount (Form 19) Rs. 41,596/-Ch No. 913997 dt. 20.08.2010 still mot been credited in my account.I am need of money plz do the needful

I had submitted a PF claim ( Form 19 & Form 10) for my : Mr S.Venkataramana through his ex- employer : "Reliance Life Insurance" Five months ago. My PF Account No. is MH/48439/48871 .
