On 24/05/2012 I made an online booking for 2 double rooms for my relatives visiting to Pune on 26/07/2012 and my account was debited for Rs.6675.86. Before I got reservation confirmation voucher I lost connectivity and later I got the following confirmation message from CC Avenue mail ID "email@example.com".

I have been contacting GINGER HOTEL PIMPRI since then. They are telling that it is being investigated as they could not trace out my payment. I told them the amount has been debited from my account and I sent them my netbanking account statements through e mail. I have not been issued reservation confirmation voucher so far. Neither the amount was credited back to my account. Kindly ask CC Avenue Payment Gateway & Ginger Hotels Pimpri Pune to sort out the matter expeditiously and either the ordered reservation be done or money be transferred back to my account.
