Hi

I have an unsuccessful transaction (online) in portal www.rechrageitnow.com for my DISHTV recharge
bearing VC No : [protected] and the transaction ID :10467 through CITI Credit Card and is against Online Recharge Services Pvt. Ltd on 19 Apr'08.I have raised a complaint for the Refund of the money to the account it got deducted from but of no use.

I have an unsuccessful transaction (online) in portal www.rechrageitnow.com for my Mobile recharge
bearing SBI ref.I60876241 and the transaction ID :BZ-SBIINB through SBI Internet Banking Online Recharge Services Pvt. Ltd on 06 July'09.I have raised a complaint for the Refund of the money to the account it got deducted from but of no use.
My phone one time recharging but debit amount two time 110 rs+110 rs
bsnl no [protected] so chek pls and refound my amount 110 rs

Two attempts made for recharge for Sun Direct Failed. This was done through the CITI Bank Gateway. And the recent card statement indicates charging my A/c with two such Rs.500 Recharge Amount. Dated 05/10/2009 with Reference numbers respectively 84511 and 84521. The card holders Name is A.V.Dharmapadam. Contact No. is [protected]. We came to know of this charging of the credit Card for the two unsuccessful attempts when we received the card statements. You are therefore Requested to do the needful and cause instruction to be issued for the reversal of the two Amounts Each of Rs.500. It may be mentioned that there may not be a need for second attempt to recharge for the same Amount on the same date had the 1st attempt been successful.We desire to state that the second attempt was also unsuccessful. We desire to make a further mention of the information of Sun Direct that we don't have either one or two 500 Rs Credit Amount in our A/c.

It is therefore clear that the recharge amount has not been received by them. And hence, there is no such recharge amount to be paid by us.

I made first attempt to recharge my mobile online and the recharge was not completed due to some technical errors as shown by rechrgeitnow.com, my transaction date 9/3/2010, recharge amount Rs.100 service provider AIRTEL, The amount was debited from my card i have complained two time before but no response from your end also there is no contact number for contact your person

hence i request to refund the said amount as earliest
This complaint is about an online recharge company rechargeitnow.com. I had recharged an Airtel Mobile with Rs. 333 (Order R[protected]) on May 5. The amount got deducted, however they did not recharge the mobile with the amount. However, when I enquired about this I got a mail from them saying that the amount will get reflected in my account in 2 days. However it has been 5 days but they have not refunded the money neither they are replying to my queries.

Regarding your query, please be informed that your payment(RS.333 & order id-R[protected]) had failed, and we did not receive an affirmative from your banking institute regarding your transaction. If your account has been debited, so it would be refunded by payment gateway's end itself. However we will escalate the issue with the payment gateway, please get in touch with your bank if the amount is shown debited in your account.
