Refrigerator — change of waste product

Poor product, poor company, poor service and irresponsible customer care and very poor companies local agents.I made a lot of complaints but there is no action from your side.

I have an LG refrigerator - GL478YTX4 - it has not been working for last few days - complaint registered with LG Electronics - Complaint No is RNA[protected] but no response. Neither does the customer care No pick up- recorded voice keeps on saying- " all our executives are busy" - once at 1925 hrs on 03/06/2011 - customer care picked up by mistake i think- two girls were discussing nail polish colour and then they disconnected it. Their executive gave a call from mobile No [protected] and never came to attend the complaint - I will now stop purchasing LG products - I have made a mistake- have purchased 3 LG refrigerators, 2 ACs and 2 TVs since marriage - no more now

Refrigerator — For change the product

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the refrigerator from your company brand on the date of 28/04/2011 but it is not working properly due to some technical problem i have already lock the complaint in your Distributor M/S Reliance Digital Retail LTD, Lucknow and my complaint No is [protected] but they are not taking any action for my product. i want to change my product as soon as possible.

Refrigerator — fridge not working properly

we have purchase one refrigrator from taneja electrinics ,gurdwara road jwalapur,haridwar.and we have complaint so many times to the dealer about the refrigerator problem but he is not taking it seriously.

the main problem is its friger is not working properly last one year(ice melting problem.i kindly request you please sought out this problem as soon as possible.

Refrigerator — poor service

Dear sir/mam,

I like to share the bad experience i had with whirlpool service. I have purchased a 230 liter refrigerator from a dealer name BBN ENTERPRISES electronic mkt jain nagar main road abohar. 2 months back . Since the beginning is giving lot of problems, like the ice door is not getting looked because of this not getting cooling properly I immediately complaint this in your customer care dept, the engineer visited once but he was not able to solve the problem & said he will visit the next day again . Since he never visited i again called up ur customer services but no one visited. Till now my problem has not been solved and still your product is giving lot of problem. Look into this matter at the earliest and solve this issue as early as possible.Its only a 2 months old and giving lot of problem..Waiting for your confirmation on the same.

Refrigerator — no proper service response

I have brought a new refrigrator in the month of March-2012 and there is some leakage problem which i have been facing for a week , when i compalin the LG service centre he said i need the bill for the same has it will cost me for the charges.....pls confirm what is your futher action my compalin no is -RNA[protected]

Refrigerator — Leakage

I have a fridge. Few days before it's condenser has changed by Electrolux. I have paid for that 5000rs my fridge is 10year old. After changing the main part new problem has started which was water leakage after calling so many times your people came but they were not able to rectify the problem. So please send somebody who can see the problem. Take immediate action

Some of the problem can be attributed to lack of proper installation of the fridge or even more simple a hardened door seal which makes air leak out.
I was able to perfectly repair the door seal of my like new Hitachi fridge after reading here. https://buy.guru/increase-performance-of-ac-and-refrigerators/ . its very good read and you would be surprised to notice that something as small as Vaseline can increase the cooling of fridge and how important is the placement and location!
