[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Today at about 9 AM I have received a call from reliance that my internet bill is reaching Rs 1000/- on a/c of internet charges where as I have not used internet as well as not taken internet facility by reliance. I m using postpaid No.[protected] since last 7-8 years and paying my monthly bill by 15th of every month but today's call shocked me and now I am planning to deactivate reliance service. Please intimate me that it was wrong call from your customer care center otherwise I will not use reliance services in future and will go to another service provider.

Hi Team,

My reliance data card no is [protected]. I lost my data card and I'm not using it anymore. I've raised a disconnection request in the month of Apr'15 and I've paid all the due amount at that time, even after I didn't use the data card for 6 months (you can check my data for your reference). But the request continued till this month and they have charged me for all the months since Apr'15 which is not fair. I've no dongle with me anymore, so there is no data used by me then how come they go ahead and charge me for all the months. There is no response from the customer care team on my request even after several remainders and now they have raised Demand form on my name. Please justify this resolution given by your team in terms of customer service. This absolutely not my miss as your concerned team delayed on my request[protected] and dragged till date.

Requesting your intervention in this and awaiting justice on my case.

My amount is being deducted regularly stating that VAS activated. I have not such VAS activated so far.

Complaint in this regard has already been lodged with customer care vide my email dated 21.07.2015, 22.07.2015, 23.07.2015, 24.07.2015 but suitable action is not been taken so far to stop the above practice.

Request kindly look into the matter personally and stop the above practice forthwith.

I am very disappointed with your service.If you are not able to provide the better services so don't make your custmer fool.i recharged my prepaid with 156 for 600mb data for 30 days.But unfortunately my data packs finished my all balance got deducted before 30 days.i called customer care many times but still no solution from your end.

Hi Reliance GSM Postpaid Team,

I would like to bring in your notice that Customer is struggling hard to avail reliance services for last 2 months but seems nobody is willing to resolve my query.

I am sorry to say if provided hierarchy is not able to address the concern appropriately then there is no use of hierarchy.
I will must say Reliance Communication, DLF Building, IT Park, Chandigarh has taken my concern otherwise and after 35 days he provided me no. of his senior (Gaurav Soi- Sales Manager) which is also not responding to my query.

Can you please look into this matter on priority basis?

Case History:
27th June: I shared the documents for Port request ( Fresh No: [protected])

2nd July: I re-submitted the documents as i got the information that provided documents are blurred

17th July: 2nd time port-ids provided to Ashish. Since 25th i am chasing Gaurav Soi for activation of these no's but even now he is not responding to my calls (I could speak with him once initially when i called him from my alternate no... by mistake he picked my call)

Very strange to see this stupid services from you. Sorry i am force to use these kind of words now.

Also find an attachment to see how your customer care team(Ms. Gurpreet) respond to customer and place the call on loop for around 20 minutes, just to check email-id's of concerned persons. It took only 2 minutes to me to check the no's from RCOM.CO.IN website.
