[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

My Mobile no [protected] this no is of fordable sector 21A as well as Sector 28 Haryana . i am facing problem of network in my no from last 3 month i always enter a complain to call center the just say ok it will be solved soon complain entered by me is complain no[protected] the worst condition is this network i have to go on 3 or 4 th floor to talk any one even go out side of my house or office then also same condition . 4 bars then the just drop down to ZERO bars . just right connection error...

Hope the problem is solved soon other i and my frinds having 10 other no of reliance i have to say them for port out to other service provider . i donot want to be with the team were only satisfaction is given not the matter is solved ...

I recharge my phone with rs. 299 plan i.e. r2r unlimited plan on 13th may 2015 but now when i am calling on other local reliance number then i can't make any calls.

Will u tell me that why i am facing this type of problem, where u may check from your record that same problem i already faced in last months also you may check your complaint details.
The main problem is also this there is no customer care person who may help us i.e totally worst we are calling & calling but no response & i already make lots of complaint online also but still no response from rcomm.

At date 20/05/2015 i dial *121# from my mobile and see offer 900mb extra 2G data for 27 days at recharge of Rs.18
so I recharge my prepaid with Rs.18 and got 100 mb 2g data for 3 days but i am not get extra benefit as told me.
After that I called customer care at 198 for asking about this issue and they told me that this offer is depending on customer luck to receive extra benefit.


My question is that why not told me this is depending on luck where I saw this offer It's completely your mistake and now I want to receive benefit as I saw.

IF you not give me benefit then I will go to port my number to another operator and take legal action against your company.

I have called reliance customer care to enquire about my phone internet pack ... On 21st may at 12.40 am... The person i talked to was..Mr. Roshan. Now this mr.roshan is constantly calling me from his personal number..8287358*** even at odd hours..i am really upset with the kind of behaviour reliance representative is doing with me... Authorities should make sure that how an employee can take any of your customer's number.. I would like to complain about mr.roshan. kindly do take some action regarding this... Because i even called back to complain about this.. But the other official was not able to resolve it... ...
Looking forward to some favourable response.

i have a not activated VAS services but Rs.3/- deducted my main mobile account daily basis but why.

After removing and inserting SIM it again tells the same. please do solve my problem soon.

Hello, Attached screen shots are the current status of my Reliance Internet connection with Datacard number 93134O9618, How can you and your technical team lie in the open public forum. I also went to your Reliance store and found that there is no problem with the device and the store manager told me that there is a technical problem with my Internet connection. Now lets get straight to the point, You already Wasted my Week, and I do not want to waste my time. Stop Lying & Refund My Money, I am Not Interested in your Internet connection anymore.

I recharged my number with Rs.198 3G recharge through my SBI a/c. I received a message that "Recharge has been done". then again a message come that "Your request can't be proceed", I called customer care and they said "Your money will return in 2 days in a/c. but no money returned even after 7 days. WHERE IS MY MONEY??

2009 I Brough 2 Sim from Raxaul Bihar Having No.[protected] & 1 Extra Number
which not exactly remember. Before when I brought the Sim it assure me that in
this life time Plan @ Rs-1 for 3 Minutes & then I convert it to 25 Paisa
Per minutes…As I use my sim Occasionally I never remember the plan & price
deducted but when I look over it I found the reliance deducting Rs.1.50 of STD
& Rs.1 for Local call. I shocked & call to customer care they assure me
in evening it will shorted & inform through message but no any message
received when I again call to customer care they told no any complain launch…Now,
I think reliance only cheat the person. They show plans but they will not give
facility as they talk…. If I will not get proper solution will think to launch
case against fraud & cheat.

I am using [protected] prepaid reliance gsm sim. When i call custumer care and select option to talk to custemer care executive then call automaticaly disconnected by saying that thank you for calling reliance custumer care . Please resolve this problem as soon as posible

i did recharge of 32 rs for call reduce but still i am charging as per normal call rates... when i called on customer care they blocked my IVR service. also every time balance got deducted from main account.every time system down in goregaon west gallery...for the sim replacement i visited in your store that time they gave me stupid answer that they dont have micro sim in prepaid for the micro sim i have to convert my num in billing from prepaid..i know u people are working in target base but that doesn't mean u will give stupid answer like this..
friends do not buy reliance sim they are very helplessss...

This is mukul here.i am facing too much network problem in reliance cdma mobile since 1 month.my mobile number is [protected].after making so many request to reliance customer care regarding this issue still the situation is same.now the situation is i am not even able to make call to c.c there is no incoming and outgoing call in mobile in that area. my adress is vaishali sector -1.ghaziabad . kindly consider my request and try to resolve this issue asap.
hello one more thing i want to suggest to reliance company that if you really want to give better service from your end to the customer then you should learn through airtel.i have also a airtel connection but never get these type of issue.if you are not going to resolve my issue in 2 days then i have to switch my reliance number to airtel.there are so many year passes of this company but still not able to make trustworthy network.
