Reliance Communications — outgoing Service resumed

Once again my outgoing service has closed, while I've already submit my document 2 times. today 5 days has been passed. but yet my service is not running.
I've given the complain into Reliance web world Noida Sec-18

reliance communication service is very bad, and postpaid service is too bad.
I'll never recommend to take it.

Reliance Communications — Active Scheme Without Reason And Cut Balance

Respected Sir,
I am regular customer of reliance...Now a days last one month they are cutting my balance without me activating scheme me got refund also because it was them mistake but 3rd time when i complaint same its one of customer executive make me fool he told me he make complaint but he did not make complaint and given me wrong complaint no. on cell..also i did not get complaint no. on msg....my balance was cut only 10rs. For example In Rajkot 12Lack Population then 2lack of reliance customer from this 50000 person's balance was cut then they earn 10Rs. X 50000 = 500000Lack. its only rajkot City Earned..Now total gujarat customer for example 10lack..Then income of this one mistake is 10lack X 10Rs. = 1Cr.its only from gujarat then think what will be this amount in whole india..me not complain for my only 10rs. me complaint for whole india...Also tell me what should i do?

reliance is deducting continuously charges for crbt services,which i din't subscribe.evn then i 3 times unsubscribe msg but it din't stop deducting charges.this is totally rubbish

There have been lot of trouble and non supportive behaviour of Reliance customer care people as they are charging continuously for non requested Vas service for prepaid num 91-[protected] of NCR region.

They have charged continuously for non requested service for this num

1) Daily charging of RS 2 to 5 for non requested service
2)It is going for over two months which account for losses over 300 Rs

Further to make matter worst for customer care service num is not working from same num.

Kinldy help to resolve poblem faced by user and request to return all money charged for service not requested buy user.

Godda. the filler of oil they do not fill the oil at bhagaiya tower. all higher officer meet each other so, they do not supply oil last 15 days. so consumer are suffering by network problem. The area manger not listing complains by general consumer...Area manager name is Ramesh singh. no is--[protected].. and FT no is [protected]. Name of FT Rupesh..

Reliance Communications — Unwill charge

I recharge my no: [protected] with rs 30 on 13/12/10. I get rs24... as balance and on 14th morning my balance was ok at 21-22 rs but on night when i checked my balance company has deducted rs.20 frm my account. When i call the customer care ,the representative told me that you have activated a cricket pack , which i didn't have activated. upon leaving the call, the 1st time i recieved a msg frm the company that congrtas you cricket pack have been suceessfully activated. Then only the sms came to me for cricket

I have change my mobile service provider from BSNL to Reliance.

I got converted just 10 days back but since last 3 days it's not working getting message that mobile no temparory out of service.
I am just feb up due to this.
Even for converting in to Reliance it takes a week time.

i am a prepaid customer with mobile no [protected] who applied for MNP & got porting code RW162233 on 14 Feb. On 17 Feb My request was rejected with sms saying: Reqest rejected by donor due to : there are subsisting contractual obligations from the subscriber agreement.

Reliance GSM — mnp procedure not done

My name is Animesh Harsh. I did MNP (Mobile Number Portability) on 27 Jan 2011(From Aircel To Reliance GSM) No.[protected]. Till today i did not get the confirmation. My all document submitted at Reliance previously. Then i called at customer care they told me to submit your all document at Reliance World and said it will done in 48 hrs. I did this also on 14 Feb
2011. Then till today on 21 Feb 2011 i didn't get confirmation and they blocked my no. today. I called at customer care few minutes before they told me to contact to Aircel customer care. I want this all procedure of MNP to be done in 48 hrs.
