Reliance Communications — unintimated cost from balance deducted

My mobile no.[protected] balance was deducted for cricket updates which i had not activated nor am i interested of. After calling the customer care, a operator by the name of Mr. Ravi who seems to be arrogant tells me that i have activated for the same.Its my mobile,its my number and reliance telecom tells me what i have done.I do not acknowledge what they say.I request you to suggest me my next step.If you ignore my complaint that means you are compelling me to take this fraud to the consumer court.I wil also not lag in lodging a police complaint. u can contact on my mobile no. or my id (flory.[protected]@ymail.com). Most of my family has reliance.Do not be suprised if you lose a whole bunch to a some better network than yours.

Reliance Mobile — suddenly deduct amount

I am Ratnesh Singh and using Relaince GSM sim Mobile no; +91 [protected] . From my mobile every day approx 3 Rs reducing for 25-30 days . I talked their customer care and said for close my all services which is activated . thed said that no other servicer has not run on my mobile yet my balance recuce every day approx 50 Rs are deducted from my balance so i don't recharge my mobile at that time. I talked many times to customer care but i haven't got any response from their. So please take action so that my balance has on my mobile . please take a response as soon as possible.

but i am using nokia 1600 which doesn't support internet or java games

Reliance Communications — Don't give any response of Complaints

Hi all
I have a Reliance CDMA Postpaid connection [protected] from last 2 months ago.
but they deactivate my phone service 2 times.
I've submitted my document 3 times. but again they said "you will have to submit again". when I was going to their Reliance mobile Store Nodia Sec -11 where I was submitted before, they said your document has been lost so submit it again.
their conversation style is too unmannerless.
I was give the complain to Reliance custmer care 3 times but they did not give me any hopefull respons
Here I would like to declaire that the Reliance Communication services is totly frod and we should not use it

Reliance CDMA — MNP not taken place since a month

i have applied for Mobile Number Portability MNP from reliance cdma to reliance gsm for my fiancee and me on 21/01/11. Till date(1 month 2 days) its not been processed, where as TRAI and the site states that it has to be done in 7 working days. All other operators have been successful with this process other than reliance. I have waited for more than a month for this to happen and now my patience has been tested to the core. The web world in chembur has been giving false assurance all this while and now the water has gone above the head.Even if i don't get justice at least you can help me sue the company or fine them for this mishap and inconvenience caused to consumer.In case, if you can help me please let me know or else will leave it altogether.
when first time they cut my balance then i call reliance customer care and asked why they cut my balance but they did not give me any satisfactory reason why they cut my balance and said next time your balance will not cut.after that they cut my balance 9 times.last time i taking with aman.so please take action.

Reliance Communications — Unnecessary Deduction & Blocking the outgoing calls

Dear Sir,
I am a regular user of Reliance GSM Service. And from few weeks i get many problems, such as un necessary charges, no action against the matter etc.
when i use rough language while they take the necessary action & i show my problems, then the Excutive of the firm Block my outgoing calls. When i call to them for the matter, he reply that "i got a complaint that our sim is lost/stolen".
When i said to the excutive that i will go Consumer court, He replied " its no problem".
now i want to go with other network but the Excutive of the firm not give the PERMISSION.

So, I requested to the department that Please solve the matter as per possible.

Reliance Mobile — Not Reject my SIM

Dear Sir,
I have already registered my complain through your goodself on dt.19.02.2011 regarding change of mobile service provider under MNP.I have got the Port Code from Reliance on dt.10.02.2011 and accordingly applied for taking GSM service from BSNL on dt.11.02.2011. According to AGM,Mobile of BSNL dt.22.02.2011 that, our service will not provide to you unless the Reliance reject your SIM and he told me that Reliance service provider harassing their customers those are willing to change their service.And also told me give us written complain against Reliance we will take necessary action. I have already requested to Reliance Customer care for the above matter, but they are not responding. The Port Code is valid till 25.02.2011 as send by RIM on dt.10.02.2011 along with Port Code.

Therefore I request you kindly take it above at the earliest by which I shall be highly oblige.

Reliance — No Manners To Talk To The Customer

Your Employees (Mst. Mahesh) Talking On the customer care helpline *333 Dont Hav Any manners to talk to the customer without solving the problem the call is being disconnected andispite of deactivating the 1psms pack service 19 rs has been cut from my cell ([protected]).
This Is a kind req to look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible. I hope my balance shall be retained and you will take strict action against ur employee. I shall be highly oblized.
I am a relince cdma customer .My calling no is [protected]. i have recharged today [24.02.2011] in the morning [10:30 am] with 25 Rs. cdma pack .But today 24.02.2011 at 3:30 pm, a messege received to me that dear customer, your prepaid account balance has reached minimum lelel of rs .71 PLs recharge your account today to enjoy uninterrupted service...

this happens with me four / five times befor also, other wise i will complain against you [reliance] in TRAI .
that is last option for me .I am waiting for your response only 2 day [48 hours] after that i will complain in TRAI.

Reliance Communications — Stealing Balance from my connection

Dear All,

I took reliance connection in Dec 2010 and gets furious and helpless against their harassment.
1. Firstly, Just after 10 days of my connection they added a caller tune without my consent and deducted 30 Rs from balance. The money is not important figure but kind of theft they have done is frustrating.
2. Then within 10-15 days a serious humiliation started with unwanted calls and unwanted SMS. They calls were not only product or any service based, its seems reliance communication have started business of prostitutes. There were number of vulgar calls " Main jawan hoon , khoobsurat hoon, akeli hoon , aur pyasi hoon" .
3. I have given DND request and written complain but today it also surpasses their limit of 45 days. But neither unwanted calls are stopped. Moreover customer care department responded negatively as I have made written complain regarding unwanted calls, unwanted SMS and unfair deductions.
3. After reporting customer care Department they increased the number of calls (more than 10 to 15 calls in a day). Sometimes there were calls at 8.00 am and how much I will try to avoid the calls and cut it out. They will repeat on calling till you won’t listen ad.
4. Within a span of 2-3 months they have deducted three times unwanted service charges from my mobile.
5. even I have given written complain for unwanted call and unwanted services charge on 9th Jan they kept on providing these calls and services and deducting mobile.
It is a serious note of harassment done by reliance communication to their customer for making money by stealing balance from customer account and reacting negatively after customer complain.
It is not only single customer instance as I am finding out so many similar complain at this forum. I hope it require Public Interest Litigation for the Unfair practices of Reliance communication.

Reliance Communications — wrong way of cutting balance

i am using reliance sim card from past 1 year and they try to cut my balnce for 4th time.
first three times i complaint at customer care and got refund but this time they are telling that pack was activated by user and its not their fault so user will not get refund.
even my brother experienced it.a message came to his phone nd he just pressed ok and his Rs.30 gone.
so i sujjest every user not to go for reliance and be safe

Reliance Communications — deduction of balance unnecessarily

i ve been a user of reliance and i have been facing lot many difficulties wiyh there sysyem...
the day i get my account recharged....god knows for what reason they deduct my balance....
on complaing one can never ever expect a proper response from the attendent.
they are simply the bunch of thiefs.....
