I HAVE TAKEN REL GSM SIM ON 06 FEB 2011.ON 22FEB 2011 AUTOMATICALLY MY Rs-51 DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN BALANCE.I TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE AGENT MRS-ALKA,MR-ABHISHEK.THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS CHARGED AGAINST THE SERVICE OF MOBILE NET.I TOLD THEM THAT I HANE NOT DONE ANY REQUEST OR CALL FOR THIS SERVICE THAN WHY MY BALANCE CUT AUTOMATICALLY.
THEY ARE NOT HAVING ANY RECORD OF MY SMS REQUEST OR CALL REQUEST FOR THIS SERVICE.ACCORDING TO THEM I MAY HAVE DONE THIS REQUEST ON EARLIER DATE.ONCE I HAVE NOT DONE ANY REQUEST FOR ANY SERVICE THAN WHY THEY CUT MY MONEY AUTOMATICALLY.WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND MY MONEY,THEY DENIED AND EVEN NOT READY TO WRITE MY COMPLAIN.

Reliance Communications — deduction of balance & on cust.care no active

I am trying continuously on *222, *333, 198 but nobody is active.
What a faltoo service you r giving.
You have deducted Rs.26/- from my account yesterday instead of Rs.11/- of SMS pack.
You sent meassage for deducting 11/- and deducted 26/-.
Two days before your Network in Greater Noida-Noida area was so problematic that I couldn’t recharge this no. I was rendering for two hours due to my emergency. And when I recharge yesterday you debited 26/- instead 11/-.
My tempered is going very high, do needful as early as possible.
If it will not deposit within 3-4 days I am going to change my no. [protected] to AIRTEL.

I am Amit Nawani, currently using reliance GSM number. The kind of service they provide is very poor. They activating any time any service without my permission on my account and deduct the charges from my balance without intimation. Even though this i register a complaint in customer care through call and message also to deactivate some unauthorised services, but there is no respone from the company side. They still deducting balance from my account.

Reliance Communications — Port Out Request not processing

I have given a request for Port Out under MNP scheme from my Reliance CDMA # : [protected] to Vodafone on 19-Feb-2011.

Though, we have paid bill on 16-Feb-2011, 1st time they have rejected my port out request stating that Bill is outstanding. When we have approached Reliance, they have rectified.

Again, we have given request Vodafone to re-initiate process of MNP on 21-Feb-2011, again Reliance has rejected with Reason, which layman can't understand.

For one or another reason, Reliance is rejecting our request & not co-operating, since we don't want to avail their services any more ???

They have given assurance to resolve the matter within 72 hours but it is still pending even after a week time ???

Can we expect such response from corporate like RELIANCE ????

Reliance Communications — Network issue resolved even after 8 months

I have network issues while using the Reliance GSM number near hinjewadi and wakad regions in pune. I had raised a complaint for the same and the complaint number corresponding to the same is ADAG=[protected]. I haven't received a satisfactory solution for the same even after 8 months since raising the concern. This a is a pathetic service.

Yesterday (01.03.2011 08:00 PM) I recharged with Rs 149 offer (Reliance to reliance free) and also receive confirmation message but neither get the facility on reliance calling nor get the balance and when calling 198 after 100 times efforts they reverts that my amount is lapsed as I am not in selected list.
If I am not this should be confirmed via message or next option if it is not applicable please compensate through balance providing.
HOW WE ARE TRUSTING Rs 149 submitted but not get the compensation

Reliance Communications — No Signal in the locality but selling the product

Reliance team are very good at selling data card product but zero at providing services. I bought the data card with the brand name of Reliance but, after purchasing the product I got the product activated in a week time. After that my misery started when I came to know that they do not have right signal at my place. I called reliance customer support for a month but they could not resolve the problem and at last they told that they did not have proper signal at my place so they would n't be able to resolve it. I told, in that case they can terminate the services and return the product which they have mis-sold me. But, they do not agree on that.

My misery did not stop there, it's around 4 month past since, I stopped the services but they are sending bill to my address and disturbing me on phone every day sending sms and frequently calling.

I don't know how to deal with the situation. Why should I pay for the fraud and harrashment they have made with me, I have really been fedup.

Incoming calls & messages are not coming after mobile number portability. I give request regarding this on 25th Feb. 2011. They told us your complaint will be resolved in 72 hours. But the service is not yet given by service Provider.I also give the complaint on 1 Mar 2011 regarding same problem & service provider told us the problem will be solved within 4 days.

Reliance Communications — Incorrect billing

I am a user of Reliance GSM network service. [protected].
There was a deduction of INR 30.00 from the balance on 02/03/2011.
As per the converstion of the officialat Customer Care, they say that the amount was deducted for activating jokes done by 7.25 PM on the same day.
But infact there was no such activation done by me, and more over during the time they mention I was not using the cell phnoe, it was in my locker at office.

And now I want the money refund and spoke about it to the manager too.
The manager denied to pay the refund.

Reliance Communications — Reliance communication not activating MNP in Sim card

Dear sir,
I was having BSNL mobile number [protected]. On 7th February I sent the message to change the mobile number from BSNL to reliance, I received the confirmation message and also the unique code BA573691 from 1901. With that number I approached Local Reliance web world and filled the form and completed the formalities on 7.02.11. Ten days later I received a message from Reliance that my request is accepted and new sim card and services will be activated within two hours. But up till now my number is not activated by reliance communications.
Local Reliance authorities are not responding well. They are saying that your number [protected] is barred by BSNL. On inquiry with BSNL people they are telling there is no such procedure.
It’s almost one month I am not able to use my official mobile number and facing lot of problems.

Reliance Communications — Incoming call not coming

I am port in reliance CDMA with my No.[protected] but after port in successfully incoming calls are not coming to me. Regarding this problem I given complaint to the company on 25th Feb 2011, & the company told me that the problem will be resolved in 72 hours, but till now the same problem not resolved by the company. I call on 1st March to the company regarding my problem, the company told me give anew complaint & the problem is resolved in 96 hours.

they are not providing any kind of good services.i am not satisfied with this type of service.and the customer care executive of this company are not doing their work properly.i am not happy with that seriously. pl z take action against them as soon as possible regarding this problem.after recharging appropriate tariff.I haven't been able to enjoy that so far.

I have recharged with night calling pack Rs 59 earlier on 28 January 2011 then after its expiry again on 28 February 2011 and now from yesterday night they are charging me and even i can't use my free callings of 300000 seconds. Kindly help me in this. This is just waste of my money and at the same time sufferings for me. Even i can't again recharge till 30th march. Please help.

Reliance Communications — illegal charging and unable to use facility

My number is [protected]. I have recharged with night calling Rs. 59 on 28 january after expiry on 27th February 2011 i recharged on 28th February with Rs 59. Then after using for 3 days from 3 March 2011 they started charging me telling you have recharge wrongly. I have the proof of msg from 52811 that i have done correctly. No one is listening. Even they are telling me that i can't recharge till 30 March and is unable to use the service. This is very bad from the reputed company like reliance.Kindly help.
I was port in the reliance CDMA network succefully on 24.02.2011 with my No.[protected] But after that incoming calls are not coming Therefore I give request complaint as per follows.

Reliance Communications — Unwanted Unwanted Deduction of balance by mobile operator

Unwanted Deduction of balance by mobile operator RELIANCE GSMI have recieved on mobile SMS from 567857 saying thanks for ACTIVATE FEELING you have been charged Rs.30
Though i have not clicked anyting in my mobile.
I have called RELIANCE customer care no 198 and requested many times that i do not want anything like RELIANCE live etc. deactivate the service but i have observed that they temporary deactivate the service and again some other service is activated and i am getting charged again thogh i do not want any service
But till now they have deducted many times my balance without notifying me.
I think this kind of robbing to cutomers should stopped if they want to activate some service should not activate it without my confirmation.
