Reliance Communications, Reliance Top Up Card — humiliated a soldier

Sir,
I'm a air warrior of indian air force, my name is arun bose residing at Trivandrum, Kerala. I'm Facing a small problem regaring on TOP CARD of yours, its seriel number is [protected], i bought it on 31 DEC 07 for an emergency purpose.
Now the suffering part i was unable to recharge my mobile with that card, so i went to the same shop and requested action, he promise that it will be ok with in one hour, but i could not recharge it, today on 01 Jan 08 again i went to the shop at 2000 hrs seek help for that matter, but he just humilated a soldier in front of everyone and that made me upset.
Now i seek a proper action aginst that shop and that dealer who humilated a customer infront of every one and created a bad name to reliance communications.{WHY did that shop sell a card which is not activated }
Exact location where the problem occured is Trivandrum , proper place is AIR PORT Junction TVM,
once again i request you to take action against those who is troubling customers

Reliance Communications — Want a new no. for my handset

My previous reliance no. got deactivated some 5 months back. The no. was of Noida. Now I require a new no. for Lucknow. There won't be much complexity as both the regions fall in UP state. I contacted customer care regarding this but they couldn't provide satisfactory details in context to the whole procedure. Kindly guide me in detail for my requirement. My handset is a Samsung-SCH-N-380-(BOSS).

I am staying in HSR Layout, Bangalore, and I have applid for Reliance net connection 12 days back. I choose the plan of 2 Mbps with 4 GB downloan. I got approx 10 confirmation call and in the end they said that ..I have changed my plan in between of process for my request has been canceled.
Finally i have withdrawl my application and going for some other connection.
These people with never listen to you and at the end of the day they will prove that its a mistake from your end. My experience with reliance was really really BAD.:(

Sorry to inform you that inspite of sevral reminders you have not resolved my complaint. My Complaint no.is 631847. May i know the reason for the deductions o[censored]nreasonable charges being deducted from my balance ? Every time undue deductions are made on the services being not utilzed? Will you resolve the complaint or not? Further you please send me the proof for the charges being charged are correct. A Company having a great name and the management so poor that they cannot satisfy the customer. Under these conditions you will loose the customers and the companies good will too.

Reliance Communications — sms services is not working

i m facing problem send to any other mobile sms
i used to releince mobile i m unable to send local sms and std sms i have allready to wrote compalaint on dt 22/02/08 complaint no. 62299380 it is my first complaint problem had not resolved and customer helpdesk person closed my compalint and 2nd complaint is SRS7013572 when i call *333 the customer helpdesk person said me that your problem has been resolved with in 24 hourse but it is no used i used india card for special std sms after all when will finished 24 hours and pending my two comlaints.
pls resolved the problem as soon as possible

Reliance Communications — Non provision of Broadnet connection.

For our office"IRCON International Limited/Lucknow", we applied for Reliance Broadnet connection under Rate plan code WICM01K & scheme code WICWI5H on 04.02.08 vide application form no. [protected] and deposited cheque of Rs.500/-against installation charges. Phone & modem was installed by Reliance personnel within a week but till date they have not been able to close the connection. Actually, the refered scheme provides a bandwidth of 4000kbps whereas they are not able to provide band width more than 500kbps. Neither any body attending nor responding to the calls for connection.
kindly look into matter urgently.

i am purchaing usb modem for internet using at Rs-3180 without any use they sending bill at Rs 327 its not given good service and network now again sending me the sms of Rs-643 balance now

Reliance double dhamaka offer for car is totally fake and cheating of consumer, consumer forum should immediately take to the culprit in court and stop such a offers.

Reliance Communications — breach of terms and editing terms without consent and notice

around 2 years back i purchased a voucher of surfing on internet of value Rs.5000.00. the payment made by me was Rs.2500.00. in surat when i made the payment i was told it has lifetime validity and no need of renewal.
smelling foul i asked for pamplet upon which the brach incharge Mr. Dave gave me in writing that its a lifetime facility. thereafter around 6 months back my facility was disconnected and after much running door to door the same was restored but was made to make some recharge. (for that period i used some other cafe paying huge charge). now again they have disconnected asking me to pay Rs.2500.00 for a year of renewal. on my complaint, i recieved a call from surat stating that yes at that time it was lifetime but subsequently it has been changed. he will restore the same but on condition i have to make regular renewals as per schedule.
this is clear cheating that after i subscribe to a scheme as per terms specified you change the same.
i asked the person that in case you want to change the same the value of surfing left be returned to me and if i want i will take the scheme as per your terms which he disagrees.
infact i am entiled for damages for mental agony, cost of correspondence and refund of my payment as they have commited breach of contract and used there monopoly to harass me.
please do the needful
