Reliance Communications — Illegal deduction of amounts

I am facing a lot of fake balance deduction from last
three months.
I dont activate any pack & a pack is activated on my number &
balance gets deducted & when i use to call your customer care they tell
me a simple story that you have activated this by outbound call.You
tell me without receiving a call i can activate a pack & you havent
given me a single message regarding to that pack that it is activated
on my number you have no records and when we ask for a waiver you just
use to deny it.What is the meaning of this kind of acts.
Today 9/12/2009 on my number
which is [protected] i have checked my balance at 8:30 it was 147.50
and after making few calls o[censored]nder given time period from 11:42 to
2:39 the details are as below:-
1-Call made for 34:06 min at 11:42 pm
2-call made for 13:06 min at 1:06 am
3-Call made for 1:19:58 min at 1:20 am

My remaining balance is right now 39.88 Rs.When i have called to
customer care they have told that your balance at 11:34 Pm was 123Rs
if i accept their told balance was right then according to above call
detail which cost 65rs then also there should be a account balance of
58 rs should remain in my account.
So please check again and prove me wrong,
show me the logs showning that this service is activate from my end.And
the balance deduction which is made from my account is right.

my no. is [protected]. i m regular customer of reliance communication from last 4 years but my complaint is in the regarding of without any reason the balance is deducted from my balance. i want to know from the customer care executive but they don't give satishfy answer. the executive not do the right behave. i request to you please solve my problem. i hope that this thing is not repeat again.

Reliance GSM — not able to send messages

i m using reliance gsm and my number is [protected], from this number i m not able to send sms n whenever i try to call Rcare - toll free( customer care service) no one is receiving the call.

Reliance Communications — Pathetic Customer Care

I wanted to draw your attention at your pathetic customer care service. The validity of my mobile expired so I wanted to have a lifetime validity plan and then recharge with 490/-. The retailer talked to retail customer care and they suggested to recharge with 61/- and then recharge with 490/-. We did the same and it failed. When we called again they told recharge with 48/- and then 490/-. It again failed.
We don't know about all of your different schemes and we expect that at least you people are aware of your own schemes. We as your customer feel helpless. I have written a mail to relianceada but they're going to respond or not.

PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES.

Reliance Communications — Activation of sim

Good day to you,

Pls be informed that myself has brought a reliance sim card(GSM) from one of the retail outlet sector 31, Faridabad HARYANA.
on 2nd Dec 2009.Same been activated next day evening and i got SMS also stating same(mobile No: [protected], SIM No:[protected]. Thereafter i got 38 INR coupon loaded as per your available scheme and thereafter i got it recharged with 500 INR but surprisingly next morning i got the msg that sim card registration failed and till today the same been not attended effectively. In the above matter i went to retailer on 4th dec only and from his side he has shown me that the documents been sent for verification and CAF is showing "Y". but the reliance web world in Sector 15 is not getting mine detail in I CARE. and finally no confirm action taken yet. everytime i visit to Reliance shop they advise me that in 24 hours it will be done and i visited thrice but sorry to inform you they have not yet sorted out my complain.

With the above subject and matter pls clarify flwg:

1) Why it is activated intially and once i charged additional amount same been deactivated.
2) Why my complain not taken seriously for last 7 days.
3) What is your company responsibility in the above mentioned issue.
4) Shall i hang around with your sick attendence.
5) Where is my fault.
6) What is the procedure of getting my money back. IF I don't want to have your connection at all.

I understand i am not the first one to suffer this. and some of the time i feel same been done intentionally as it is deactivated once i recharged it. Now give me concrete option to get rid of this.
Also try to improve the standards of your employees.
Kindly do the needful and take effective action ASAP
