[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Is this really a retail Store for a small Customer?

I AM A REGULAR CUSTMER OF RELIANCE FRESH STORE CODE NO.S02054 SITUATED AT KRISHNA NAGAR, DELHI 110051.ON DATED 08.10.2008 I VISITED STORE FOR PROCURMENT OF VEGETABLES. AFTER DOING PAYMENT OF BILL THE GUARD AND MR CHETAN SRIVASTVA, SUPERVISOR CODE NO.3333 OF THE STORE HAS MISBEHAVED WITH ME LIKE ANY THING IN THE FRONT OF ALL STAFF AND OTHER CUSTMERS. THEY TOLD ME THAT SHOW YOUR PERSONAL PURSE. THEY ABUSED ME LIKE ANY THING. AFTER CHECKING THE PURSE THEY DONT FIND ANY THING . IS THIS THE WAY TO HUMULIATE THE CUSTMERS. I WANT TO THE GUIDELINES OF THE MANAGMENT AND CODE OF CONDUCT. WHO HAS GIVEN THIS POWER TO ABUSED THE RESPECTABLE PEOPLES. SUCH TYPE OF PEOPLES ARE JUST TARNASHING THE IMAGE OF BIG CORPORATE HOUSES LIKE YOU.
I REQUEST YOU TO SACKED HIM IMMEDIATELY SO THAT IN FUTURE THEY NOT DARE TO MISBEHAVED WITH ANY ONE IN FUTURE. I AM NOT AGAINST THE PROCEDURE AND SYSTEM OF CHEKING BUT THE WAY THEY ARE MISBEHAVING IN THE CHECKING IS HIGHLY OBJECTIONABLE NOT TOLERABLE. IS THE LIVING SUCH OF LOCALITY ARE VISING THE STORES FOR ROBBING THE TWO PIECES OF TOMATO OR TWO NOS OF LEMON .I ALSO SUGGEST YOU TO TRAINED THE STAFF BEFORE POSTING TO STORES.

I am unsure of any response for my below query, nonetheless I enquire. I am a "loyal member" of Reliance Fresh of Gurgaon, sector 31. From times innumerable, from the onset of the store; the staff or rather the management does not pay back 50 paisa balance on a bill in cash or in kind. The Government of India has not yet stopped the circulation of the currency yet I understand it is difficult to return the same. What I request either these balances of 50 paisa are saved in the loyalty card which is issued to customers or the easiest solution would be hand over a good quality candy which are available in the market for that much price.
This might seem a petty issue over a petty currency but if valued for the "innumerable" times it is not returned it makes for a big deal.

i had also talked to the incharge but he did not response in desired manner .he said that "it is our rule".
i am disappointed with his answer.

i think that the reliance-select milk is duplicate milk. if the milk is not duplicate then you e-mail me that, how we check in the home that the milk is duplicate or pure milk. because its is very different from other milk.

Food poisoning from mangoes

Mangoes bought from Reliance Fresh, Kundalahalli, Bangalore-37 causing stomach upset and ache. Need to get this addressed ASAP before others also get trapped. A big retailer like Reliance Fresh should be reliable

Malpractice going on at Borivali (West), Mumbai Store

Hi, I have purchased Fortune Rice Bran oil pouch and have later found that the same was not for sale. How can you sell a product which is not meant to be sold. I do have a proof of it. Await your feedback. Thanks, Mehul
