Reliance Prepaid Service — automatic deduction of 30.00 Rs from my balance

Sir,
I am a customer of Reliance since last 2.5 years.I am using reliance prepaid service.
From last few months(about 4), I get my balance deducted by 30.00 Rs without any information and the process repeats in every 20-25 days.Then each time I called reliance customer care to know the reason for that deduction.They always tell me the reason that i have subscribed some service like "Mitti Ke Rang"etc.
Truly speaking I have never subscribed such services.Each time I wasted 2 hrs to get connected to customer care and then arguments.But each time I got my balance back.
But now I am tired of this thing .Presently I again got my balance deducted by 30.00 Rs on 24 march 2009.
Now I can not call so please help me sir...please...

Above said problem is true and correct bucause i am also one of the victim by like that unwanted charges deducted from balance So Rel.co take care about these type of deductions otherwise the valuable customers are changed to other network shortly.

I'm also facing the Same Problem. My no is [protected]. Each 25-30 day's they wrongly activated Caller Tunes/MantraSubscription/etc... and cut outs the Balance without any confirmation from our side.

From a long times coming Problem in my Relaince GSM Sim No.is [protected] Circle Delhi/NCR= Problem in incoming & Out Going
Incoming = Some time computer say that You have Dial is Switched off.
Outgoing= Some time dial then computer say that You have dial not completed.I am useing National Calling Card. Rs.650.problem come in this scheme.
i am very said to you service not good service provided from your side.
Please take the action and good service provide me.

Reliance GSM Prepaid Service — deducting money without my knowledge

I have not subscribed any facilities from Reliance GSM prepaid service, but they are deducting money from my prepaid balance without my knowledge. And when i am complaining about it to their costumer care they are telling yes we have deducted this from our system without your knowledge but we can not refund it. This is happening to almost all reliance costumers. Is this the way to cheat their costumers?

Reliance means Fraud, cheater and equal to all bad words... They have deducted 30rs monthly without intimating me... I had raised two complaint[protected] and[protected] still they did not give resolution and it closed automatically after two days.

Do not go for Reliance connection...Cheating Network...

Reliance GSM Prepaid Service — Automatic Balance Deduction - Reliance GSM Prepaid

Dear Sir,

I am Reliance GSM Prepaid Customer (M:[protected] using Blackberry Services BIS398 Plan.
I have been experiencing immense problem of 'Automatic Balance Deduction' from my Reliance GSM Prepaid Number from last few months.

Today Rs. 69 has been deducted from my balance without any reason.

Today I have called reliance customer care twice regarding the same but nobody was able to give my correct information as well as register my complaint.

(I didn't receive any confirmation SMS about the same!!!)
I have never activated any of the 'Add on Services' Pack.

The similar had been happened on my number on 21st (Rs. 15) n 22nd July 2011(Rs. 30).
Please do the needful at earliest.
