[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Prepaid Service — Unfair Balance Deduction

Dear Reliance,

I am still waiting for a resolution.

Yesterday again my account was debited by Rs 3/-. When you already know I have raised a complaint against reliance (Service request number ID:[protected] for deducting Rs 3/- from my balance on 23rd Nov 2011 and it has happened yet again. This is just not tolerable.

Now Reliance owes me Rs 6/- which should ne credited in my account ASAP.

Moreover I had got myself an online recharge of STV Rs.48 plan of Pay Per Minute as on your website it was mentioned that my call rates would then become
0.50p/minute and not 0.60p/minute. But now I am paying 0.60p/minute.

Hereby I request you to please refund my Rs 48 or activate the Simply Pay Per second Plan with no extra charges else I will not hesitate in changing the operator.

Also I want my Rs 6/- back in my account.
