[Resolved] Reliance GSM Prepaid Service — Worst reliance gsm customer care balance deduction and poor signal | |||
Dear sir, I am a customer of Reliance GSM Prepaid Service(in Jharkhand) effective from Year 2009.My mobile number is:- [protected]. Problem:- From last 2days Reliance GSM Prepaid Service personnel are deducting INR. Rs. 10/= per day(every 24 Hours) for the sake of nothing. I have given several complain to Reliance GSM Prepaid Customer Care for the same, but all my efforts are going in vain. There response is, it will take 48 Hours(2 Days) to resolve the issue.But still it is continuing.They(Customer care service) are just doing nothing I also frustrated with their service because i basically talk in night thats why i use night pack(rs 59), but when i try to connect with my friends after 11pm it was horrible experience(continuously disconnecting after 1 or 2 minutes). sometime Reliance GSM Prepaid Service personnel not responding to my call, when i try to connect. 20 June 2011 i didn't have network from 1pm and when i called reliance customer care in the evening one senior person Grijesh says that it will take 3days to get the network... i cant understand in a place like mumbai they are doing like this, that show how worst can be reliance. i don't know what to do and the last option left is to file a complain against reliance in consumer court. i hope this message reaches to the top management group so that they can understand how they are giving the trouble to people.
