Reliance India — wrong account recharge through coupon. | |||
I ANUPAM ANAND of NEHRU Vihar, delhi bought a coupon recharge of Rs 50 to recharge my reliance gsm mobile number [protected] on 5 of june in nehru vihar. when i recharged my account through IVR it showed that the card is not active, after half ana hour i went to the retailer and asked why it is so. then he talked to his helpline number and confirmed me that your card is alredt recharged to another mobile number [protected] . how can this happen if card is in my hand and i tried to recharge through *368*PIN NUMBER # AND THE AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED IN SOME OTHER ACCOUNT OF WHICH I HAVE NO CUE WHO THIS DAMN NUMBER IS OWNER OF. so i really am upset and have called N number of times to the complaint helpline number 198 and also talked to many CCE and their seniors, but in vain. Recharge coupon — Wrong recharge
Dear sir,I have recharged through Customer care on 28th January 2010 for Rs 655/- for my SUN Direct DTH Service (Smart card No. [protected]R ) and Customer care operator took all the details of T series No & Pinno & has recharged to some other account & told over phone that mistake has happend during entering in to account & confirmed the amount will be refunded to my account, But till date no response has been obtained from your customer care personnel after 15 Calls made from my end.
Customer compliant No [protected].
I never thought Customer care people will cheat us like this way also.
Kindly reply on the status of resolution of my customer compliant.

Reliance — wrong coupon
sir,i purchase a recharge coupon of rs.30.but when i entered 16 digit recharge code from the coupon the amount got transfered to another number.when i contact to customer care he did not help.even though it was confirmed during automated response when i use the coupon that the amount has been successfully added to my amount.
so kindly help me.

today on 17 june i went to the reliance world to confirm that my recharge coupon is not recharged in my account but went to other account then RELIANCE WORLD OF KAMLA NAGAR SAID THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RECHARGE COUPON CHECKING SOFTWARE AT OUR OUTLET, SO, WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING .
