Reliance India — Without any call cut the balance of RS 270and make it just Rs1.6

On 13.02.09 i charged my mobile with Rs 388 in which i got Rs 345+43 . I have to use Rs. 43 within a week, i used it but after 10 days now at 23.02.09 on afternoon when i call on 367 i get result of balance 270 but at 9.00 o'clock evening i have only Rs1.6. where my balance goes i could not understand . i call to customer care nearly 10 times they told that our system become failure to check your account. What i do in situation. Should i faith on reliance or did not use any card of it .

11.ALWAYS TRANSACTION WITH CHEQUE /DD NOT CASH

Reliance India — mobile number portability

since last 3 months, i have been trying to port the number from reliance cdma to gsm. But for some or the other reasons, its not getting done . I am helpless as no communication about the reasons been done by reliance . The customer care too is giving false directions and promises and i am now fed up .. as this department also plays football very well . Now these ppl are telling its TRAI problem .( they know i cannot call TRAI !)

Its true Mr. Gandhi, I am facing the same problem since 2 months. They are literally playing with me. This is totally weird and pathetic. Shame on Reliance.

network problem since 1 month

i stay at guptipara, hooghly...and i am facing network problem since 1 month...my ph looses the network after evry 2 minute.
