Dear Madam/Sir

My Name is Anil Kumar from Portblair. I am using prepaid reliance net connect cdma 1X data card. But speed of my net is very slow. Now the speed was 18kbps to 20kbps. It is so slow when downloading of 60mb files its very slow and take long time to complete download.I am recharge every month of Rs 801. But speed was slow. I want to increase the speed. 40kbps to 80kbps. Any recharge card which increase my net speed. I Hope you understand my problem. plz solve this problem. help me.

Internet charges force fully charging many times of the real value. - Reliance Infocom

I am using internet connection via my mobile.

They are deducting the amount which very high as per their
Tarrif. And their customer care and not responding properly.

Kindly look into the Matter.

Internet speed is too slow - Reliance internet phone

I have golden plan connection of your company and name of the model of particular set is LSI 110, Area code is 2823 # is 329505.

Mostly when we start using the set, the speed is very slow and local agent of your company is not attending our complaint.

So kindly take some action on particular problem

Internet always slow - Reliance USB Modem and Data Card

I buyed Reliance USB Modem and Data Card for Rs. 2800 45days back. Since then there is a problem with the speed.
I called customer care many times always I was kept on hold for long and awaited for technician and he always said to connect netbooster which is a nonsence software. I am a sr software Engineer I myself dont understand the purpose of that s/w it doesnt enhance speed but degrade image quality:)
Its a harrasment which reliance infocom is doing on name of Late Sri Dirubai Ambani and playing with trust of people.
I called today and awaited for 10 mins by customer care for technician. I got fed up now.

Reliance data card poor speed - Reliance

Hi
This is Pramod from kollam, purchased Reliance Data Card (9387833494) from Expert Systems Kollam(Corperate Connection) for Rs 8500. Unfortunately i am facing poor connectivity speed from the very begining. I made many complaints (Service Request ID 75126692)and your technicians chkecked my laptop and concluded that the issue is related to network trafic, nothing can be done to solve the issue. Let me explain the details of complaint i am facing.

If we wish to log on to a particular site it will be showing (PAGE COULD NOT BE DIAPLAYED)
for min 20min or 2hrs, and it will be disconnected frequently also.

Next is with regard to the CHAT OPTION, we will lose the reliability also. ie we are not getting the exact status of the Internet connection. (While using the chat option it goes disconnected as usual and display the message like the Second party is offline. At that time also Your Connectivity status is connected to Internet.
Very difficult to make Voice Chat.
The reliability of the connection is very poor, we are not expecting speed of a JET, but it should be reliable, unfortunately the Reliance internet connection never matches any of the credibility which RELIANCE is having a world wide reputation, it really damages the image of Reliance in my mind.

Do you know the meaning of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ??? Go learn it first then serve the customers...if your boss, Mr Anil Ambani Is inefficient in handling all such issues, ask him to handover atleast the Reliance Communications to Mukesk Ambani and Please dont spoil the morale and name Ambani's have created..
Mere advertising and poor service is not a short cut to become a successful entrepreneur, hard work and sincerity rather plays important role. Ask Guidance from Mukesk Ambani as he has proven a successful enterpreneur.

I am after this issue for over 1 month. and now i demand a compensation for my time wastage .Please do some thing to Get a trouble free service, or a REFUND from your side.I discussed the issue with your guys (Mr .Subin 9387777772) . He told no refund can be done. I would like a response from your side as soon as possible, before I take it further with my lawyers and media.

not activating the device - reliance cdma net connect

seriously...reliance has convinced me that evn i cud try launching my own portable internet devie and do a great job out of it...hello..? how far do u think u can hide under ur proud banner and exploit ur customers? i bought my cdma net connect 3880 in june... and till date 1 have gone thru 3 address verifications...the service absolutely pathetic...they disconnect u whenever they pls and dont care a damn about the problems their customers face...2 add 2 all of this...its painstakingly slow with shabby customer service...pls reliance guys, wake up...its not funny anymore...id never recommend this pc of junk 2 anyone...
 

Non awailability of connection - CDMA1X

I have taken your CDMA internet connection (No.9327457748)but we cannot get the range and it is not getting the connection, all ready I paid all pending dues till the date no bill issue . what the use of it and after complaing, your people neglecting, what we will do?

Unexpected increase in bill amount - Reliance CDMA card

We are using 900 plan ZTE CDMA1X data card for Internet services since 1 year. We used to get bills approximately1000 INR. Though the use of Internet is either same or less than the regular use, we received bill for 2650 INR for the month of July. And 7053 INR for the month of August. The service was disconnected. After the payment, it has been activated again. We are still waiting for the requested detail bill.
I really wonder how the bill got increased 600% out of regular use. Actually i told my father not to pay the bill unless he get detailed bill. As he is in need of Internet use badly, he payed the bill. This should be seriously taken care.
 

Very very poor speed and service - Reliance Data Card

I have taken data card no 9369048179 few days back. Speed has gone down to bits per second.when complained they are just passing on buck to each other.
No boby botheredabout mental tension i have gone thru.I really want to sue them. Please tell me what to do next
 

speed is low & bad customer care service - Reliance data card USB Type

I bought a datacard from relaiance and it was 2800/- then i got a unlimited usage offer as starter and i paid 650 for two months after two months i wanted to change my plan to lower price so i requested my provider he said o.k. but then the third month i got low bill and from fourth month headache started bill was again 740 something then i came to know my plan was not changed i got calls for my payment then i said the whole story ...fact is they dont listen at all and they wanted me to pay i said disconnect my connection she said ok urs will be terminated and no longer can be used.i said ok fine now the fifth month they come and say thati have to pay a sum of 1700/- real thiefs i said i will not pay for ur side mistake ...Dont go for relaince datacard its very slow the people are really mad and money minded ...
 

Reliance Net Connect - Reliance Net Connect

Hi,

I have just purchased a Reliance net connect last week and topped it with 801 unlimited data charge which works for a couple of days and then again stops. When i call the customer care they tell me that your account is insufficient. Arguing with them that i have paid for unlimited data charge doesnt help me since the Reliance customer care my account has not been charged with this amount.

After checking i came to know that the Reliance sales office are cheating people where in i have paid for the amount but they have not recharged the full amount in my account. Every time i complain they will recharge about 20 rs and then it will get disconnected again. Being an NRI i am completely angry with Reliance and their policy of cheating people.

To make my matters worse i cant use any other network for net because other co's like Tata have no service in my area except Reliance. Again living in Mumbai i would feel that i have the liberty to use any date connect i want to but i cant.

I am clearly unhappy with the Reliance service and overall charges where in i paid over 3500 for a month use and i cant use it properly. Connection is slow that it would be another complaint.

I would like to ask people if they know any customer care no where i can complain to them about their Sales office who have cheated the people and making their company look more bad.

Also i would suggest that people stay away from Reliance and use other companies.
 

worst service and response - reliance netconnect cdma1x

i am ex service man from haryana gov. and few monts ago i had taken this data card from an franchise of reliance in hisar and they issue 2 data cards on my name without my knowledge and their recovery agents came to my house not single time but many times and they threatend me and force me to submitt the bill of data card which i have never used, i meet this franchise manager so many times but they are so determined to their goal of bad service that at this time also i have no any responce from their office and iam very much disturbed, they are worse people.

Call Drop & Internet not fine - Reliance CDMA + Broadband

Hello sir,

The major issue is that

1. Call gets connected and could not here we have to redial again and many times automatically drops .

2. Even after making the payment their recovery people calls up for details, how many times should we give the same details.

3. Internet wimax service is one of the worst service i have seen many site donot open speed is a problem even after complaining no changes... God can only help them..

i purchsed reliance phone lg model with club of offer for get 500/- rs. photo album, photo prints etc valued rs. same but i place order back before ten month back but i could not get what they promised.

I buy Reliance USB data code from my town from dealer M/s Gori Kirana Store, Rawatbhata, Kota, Rajasthan. But from last one month my net connection is disconnected from your end and this dealer not giving me proper response regarding internet service. I have purchase your CDMA Netconnect data card no-9313745987, from Faridabad on 20 Apr.-09.I have used it one month. Today i have recharge Rs-300/-.

I want to know about all Rechage Plan weekly, monthly, so than I can rechage it as per requireent and use. Please write me about your CDMA Netconnect data card (Prepaid).

Netconnect very slow complained for 4 months no use - Reliance/Data card

I am Vinod, staying in Chennai.I want to say the way I was cheated by Reliance web world.

I bought Reliance Datacard in the month of November 2008, and the connection was very slow.Almost 3 mins from one page to another.I complained and they told that it will be sorted in 7 days time.I waited till March month no use.The connection is very poor again I lodged the complaint on March 22 and no response.So I did not pay my March 2009 month due and the Relaince disabled my netconnection.But for the last 3 months I am getting the bill, now reliance is sending some collecting agent for paying another 1500 rs for the last 3 months.It is so frustrating, and it really pains where you are not using and are forced to pay the bill.
Kindly suggest what should I do.
