[Resolved]  Reliance Power Ltd — non refund money of reliance ipo

Hi,

I opened my account with sharekhan.com and applied for partly paid shares biding for reliance power IPO. I got allotted 16 shares, however I didn't receive refund of the remain amount. Since I have been alloted 16 shares, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE REMAINING AMOUNT(REFUND ORDER) TO BE CREDITED TO MY AXIS SAVING BANK ACCOUNT. I AM REALLY WORRIED AND DISTURBED WITH THIS INCIDENT AND NEED SOMETHING TO BE DONE ON THAT. I TRIED CONTACTING SHAREKHAN CUSTOMER SERVICES BUT TO NO AVAIL.

Please do the needful at your earliest and let me know if you need any further details related to this issue. I am providing all the relevant details below. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi,
I have applied for Reliance Power IPO and my application no is 11138312.

I am still waiting for my refund. I have called customer care number of times on[protected] and[protected], but I am highly disappointed by the service they provide. This number is always busy and only in the night time one can be able to connect to them. Executive is not able to find my details is the system and asked me to wait till monday that is 18/02/2008. 17 shares are alloted to me and remaining amount i.e 18565 is not yet refunded. This should be refunded in next two days or I will have to take some legal action against Karvy as well as Reliance power limited. Request you to help me in this regards. My Details are as Follows;-

Reliance Power Ltd — NON-RECEIPT OF REFUND

I had applied for 225 shares by paying Rs.96750/- vide cheque No.052158 dated 17.1.2008 from Allahabad Bank, Baroda House, New Delhi. Out of 225 shares I got the allotment of 17 shares which I have received in my demat a/c but the refund of Rs.89440.00 is still awaited. On query from the Karvy Site it is revealed that the refund has been sent to some other A/c no. instead of mine. The detailed particulars are given below:
