[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — No response of complaint at customer care

I am prepaid customer of smart gsm service from 2006. From last 7 days i was unable to SMS "check operator services" message come. i complain at customer care ([protected])about this problem they give me complain I.D. [protected] & told me that they will resolve complain within 24 hour now till today they not resolve my complain.

MY PHONE NO IS [protected] AND IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME. I OPTED FOR INTERNET FOR RS 51 FOR 15 DAYS BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE AMOUNT IS BEING DEDUCTED AFTER EVERY 15 DAYS AND CAN'T BE STOPPED EVEN AFTER DOING SMS.KINDLY ARRANGE TO STOP THIS SERVICE AND STOP DEDUCTING MY AMOUNT. I Arup Kr mahato, My ph No [protected]. I am not doing any sms or ph call to activate my caller tune but 18.11.2010 my callertune has been activated automatically and cut Rs 40/- from my balance.. this is not a 1st time so many times it happend.
I have making many calls to your customer care no: *333 & 198 but they have not give any response to me. I have told them to talk with there seniors but they not transfer there line to his senior.
your customer care agents are behave rudely to us, then please help me to solve my problem or give me a contact no from whom can I contact.. Otherwise I'll change my SIM.

Unnecessary subscription (such as joke, score, etc pack) has been activated on my mobile no +[protected] (Service Provider :SMART GSM service, India) without my permission. I have never subscribed to any such service. This is not the first time, its happening continuosly. A couple a day before balance was deducted in same way without me subscribing to any such facility and now from last three days (i.e.20/12/2010, 21/12/2010 and 2212/2010) unreasoningly my balance is deducted.I recharge with an amount of Rs 30/- and its being deducted.I hereby, request to company to refund my money and unsubscribe me from any such service and the same should be informed me. In future also such act should not repeated.

Reliance India Mobile — message sending problem

i am a reliance user, and i am suffering from message sending problem,, i have complaint many time ,but they did nothing, for me, so please take any action against them>>>>>>
Unnecessary balance is being deducted.

I am using the smart gsm service of reliance since last nine years but now I am facing a problem since last three months, the problem is that whenever I recharge, maximum of my balance has been deducted with 10 to 15 . The complaint has been registered by calling [protected] but no immediate action has been taken and till now I am suffered.

As such I have a request to take necessary steps that it can be shorted-out and can stay with your GSM Service .

Reliance Smart GSM — BALANCE DECREASE

i am very disappointed with your GSM service I was the Existing Custumer Of AIRCEL I have port my Mobile No. In Reliance GSM since i have port this no to your services i am facing the network problem SMS are not going and SMS teriiff pack is also not working i was try to call your customer care no. *333, [protected] and 198 but these all no. are busy.
i have to say that This is one of the worst GSM service i have ever use and i am gonna change my service again.. as soon as 90 days get over.

Reliance GSM — no response to the problem

i have been facing a lot of problems due to reliance gsm network. Most recently,they provided me missed call alert service without my permission. Now they renew the service each month and deduct certain amount from my balance. I keep calling customer care to deactivate the service but there is no response. This problem is since 4-5months. And till now they have not deactivated the service. I keep calling them every week but they keep giving vague excuses.
Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

Reliance Smart — balance decreased for unwanted subscription without informing the customer

I just want to complain that without my consent the company has deducted my balance for subscribing me to different services without my permission.this is like cheating the customers.and even the customer care is not taking the call. my number is [protected] and e mail is [protected]@gmail.com.I just want my money back and I should be unsubscibed to those services for which my balance has been deducted

I am your old customer. My mobile no. is [protected]. From back six months i am in trouble. Without any prior notice or telling my balance is deducted Rs-30/- Per Month. They just activate any pack (Mobile Radio services) without my permission. What to do with this...

Reliance India Mobile is just making fool to their customers. I have complained more and more in your Customer Care / Service Centre. But unfortunately, I am facing the same problem. Now what to do or not to do, is a problem. Please suggest me that my problem will be removed or I should change the other sim (company)..Please, suggest me.
