[Resolved]  Samsung / Split Ac — SPLIT AC INSTALLATION PROBLEM

I bought a 1.5 ton SAMSUNG SPLIT AC - MODEL AS183CSBNSTL(INDOOR)&AS183CSBXSTL(OUTDOOR) AC on 05/04/2010 at Vasanth & Co,Ullagaram,Chennai -91.It costs me 25,200 including 12.5% vat and a 4kva stablizer of Rs 2577.78.I was told the instalation will be done in 2 hours.But the instalation people came 2 days later.The free STABLIZER which was provided as a free gift has to be replaced with 4KVA double booster STABLIZER though the previous was not capable of facing the load.We had fixed double booster but now we received a feedback like its consuming more power and the SAMSUNG engineer himself is not sure about the problem.We lodged a complaint with SAMSUNG on 12th Apr 2010 Compaint # [protected].Further to that no response from them.Every day we have been told that the engineer is on his way but no one has knocked our doors yet.

Please suggest what can be done now and help us on the same.
